We are currently seeking a professional, organized, driven, dynamic, self-starter for the position of Brand Ambassador in the greater Portland Oregon area. If you possess very strong personal relationship-building skills, are comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, and love being out on the road making new friends, we want to talk to you. You must be a dedicated team player striving to support the sales efforts, brand story, and overall mission of the company, while effectively tracking the metrics of your efforts across numerous software platforms and regularly communicating them with the sales team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize your vehicle with a company-provided car allowance

• Manage and schedule your daily, weekly, and monthly customer visits, while assuring that the projected number of customer contacts per day is met.

• Provide a professional organized positive and comprehensive company message to all interactions with customers

• Represent the company, brand, and team in accordance with our mission, goals, and objectives

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our current and developing products, brand position, and the Portland market

• Maintain a schedule, set up, and work in-store pop-ups/vendor days at dispensaries one day per week (approx 5 per week)

• Distribute product sample packs to shops, educate shop staff on product types and specifics of samples in sample box

• Track all activities in Leaflink CRM

• Keep track of all changing management and contacts for all accounts

STRENGTHS

• Cannabis industry experience, preferably person to person

• Extremely strong interpersonal communication skills

• Accountability to other sales team members

• A balanced and intuitive approach to different customer types

• Practical and proactive thinking skills

• Knowledge of the greater Portland geographical area

• A high level of organization required

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 21 years of age

• Have an office space that allows you to professionally contact customers via phone, email, and other means

• Own, maintain and insure your own car

• Possess valid driver’s license

• Possess valid Marijuana worker permit

• Remain compliant with all legal, OLCC, and company regulations for working in the cannabis industry

• Monthly visits to company headquarters in Bend for product training and strategy sessions

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. This job function may include sitting for extended periods of time.
