Purpose
The Post Trim Technician will aid in facilitating a variety of different tasks that prepare the product for the next phase of processing. Purpose
The Machine Technician (Pack) position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Packaging department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives for the department operation, and the production and maintenance of the Packaging Machine Line. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Machine Technician will report to the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for the operation, production of packaging product on the Packaging Machine Line for the Packaging department. This role will take on a variety of duties, such as, pre-packaging containers of dried cannabis product on an assembly line at an effective and efficient pace, accurately organizing and labeling packaged dried cannabis product, and troubleshooting and maintenance towards the Packaging Machine Line to sustain longevity and quality. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- The position is responsible for making all necessary adjustments and maintenance to have the machinery operate properly and most effectively. This position is responsible for proper diagnosis of machinery concerns formed with resolutions to continue operating effectively, consistently.
- The employee will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members and associates participating in the production of packaging containers on the Packaging Machine Line. Contributing and participating with professional communication to achieve proper data logging, labeling, and effective team unity towards daily and weekly quotas. JOB PURPOSE:
Ensure weighing, packaging, capping and labeling of pre-packaged product are done compliantly and to the highest quality.

This Machine Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Trim department at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives. This role is responsible for a variety of duties to operate and maintain the post trim machinery to process harvested plants and prepare product for the drying phase. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy. The Machine Technician role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Machine Technician will report to the Supervisors of Post Trim and Manager of Trim.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.

- Execute the daily and weekly goals for processing the harvest batches through the wet trim machinery to achieve the defined trimmed quality consistently, accurately, and efficiently.
- Operating the wet trim machinery as instructed and trained, safely. Properly use equipment and supplies to maintain its integrity and longevity.
- Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed.
- Tray up the cannabis material properly, consistently. Placement in Cure Bays as instructed.
- Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- Support the communication and secure transport of product from the Trim room to Post Trim room to Cure room.
- Proper use of accurate weighing of product and data entry input.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Trim and Cure department.

- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools, and related equipment (scissors,

- Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the cultivation.
- Participate with efficient productivity and teamwork when setting up for the day’s harvest and finishing the shift.
- Contribute and show support to associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
- Reporting data input as instructed for METRC plant tags.

- Works under the direct supervision of the Supervisors of Post Trim and Manager of Trim.
- This person will be asked to lead, guide, and train Processors in the department to assist and support the Supervisors of Post Trim and Manager of Trim, but they will not be asked to discipline Processors or associates.
- This position is expected to follow and obey the company policies..
- This position will be expected to train and guide associates of the department to achieve goals relevant to the Machine Technician position.

We are looking for a full time Lead Machine Technician to operate our pre-roll machine. The lead machine technician is responsible for running, troubleshooting and overseeing the daily operation of the pre-roll machine. The duties include running tests before the start of operations, programming and monitoring the machine when manufacturing pre-rolls, troubleshooting and making necessary adjustments and inspecting machinery at the end of each shift to identify parts needing repair.

Purpose
The Machine Technician (Pack) position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Packaging department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives for the department operation, and the production and maintenance of the Packaging Machine Line. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Machine Technician will report to the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for the operation, production of packaging product on the Packaging Machine Line for the Packaging department. This role will take on a variety of duties, such as, pre-packaging containers of dried cannabis product on an assembly line at an effective and efficient pace, accurately organizing and labeling packaged dried cannabis product, and troubleshooting and maintenance towards the Packaging Machine Line to sustain longevity and quality. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- The position is responsible for making all necessary adjustments and maintenance to have the machinery operate properly and most effectively. This position is responsible for proper diagnosis of machinery concerns formed with resolutions to continue operating effectively, consistently.
- The employee will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members and associates participating in the production of packaging containers on the Packaging Machine Line. Contributing and participating with professional communication to achieve proper data logging, labeling, and effective team unity towards daily and weekly quotas. Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the leadership of Packaging with instructed requests.
- Supporting the Supervisors and Manager of Packaging to assist, guide, and train Packaging department members to accurately package different SKUs and inventory packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.
- Support the communication and secure transport of dried product from the storage areas to the Packaging and Distribution rooms. Maintaining consistency of quality of packaging and labeling before exporting product from facility.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Post Harvest department.

Training Requirements

The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.

Purpose
The Machine Technician (Pack) position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Packaging department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives for the department operation, and the production and maintenance of the Packaging Machine Line. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Machine Technician will report to the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for the operation, production of packaging product on the Packaging Machine Line for the Packaging department. This role will take on a variety of duties, such as, pre-packaging containers of dried cannabis product on an assembly line at an effective and efficient pace, accurately organizing and labeling packaged dried cannabis product, and troubleshooting and maintenance towards the Packaging Machine Line to sustain longevity and quality. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- The position is responsible for making all necessary adjustments and maintenance to have the machinery operate properly and most effectively. This position is responsible for proper diagnosis of machinery concerns formed with resolutions to continue operating effectively, consistently.
- The employee will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members and associates participating in the production of packaging containers on the Packaging Machine Line. Contributing and participating with professional communication to achieve proper data logging, labeling, and effective team unity towards daily and weekly quotas. Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the leadership of Packaging with instructed requests.
- Supporting the Supervisors and Manager of Packaging to assist, guide, and train Packaging department members to accurately package different SKUs and inventory packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.
- Support the communication and secure transport of dried product from the storage areas to the Packaging and Distribution rooms. Maintaining consistency of quality of packaging and labeling before exporting product from facility.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Post Harvest department.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Post Harvest dept tasks, Production dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training by the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging assigned to the Lothian, MD cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.

Workspace and Material Maintenance

- Monitor, confront, and report any noticeable Packaging Machine Line concerns with the leadership of Packaging to ensure follow through of machinery issues.

Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Update and track all required information in the Packaging logs, METRC, CounterPoint, and spreadsheets daily.

Purpose
The Post Trim Machine Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Trim department at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives. - Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Execute the daily and weekly goals for processing the harvest batches through the wet trim machinery to achieve the defined trimmed quality consistently, accurately, and efficiently.
- Operating the wet trim machinery as instructed and trained, safely. Properly use equipment and supplies to maintain its integrity and longevity.
- Quality assurance review of product to be properly separated and processed.
- Tray up the cannabis material properly, consistently. Placement in Cure Bays as instructed.
- Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of spreadsheets and labels.
- Support the communication and secure transport of product from the Trim room to Post Trim room to Cure room.
- Proper use of accurate weighing of product and data entry input.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Trim and Cure department.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Execute the daily and weekly goals for harvesting plants in the Trim department. Processing the plants accordingly, separating bud material product, extraction material product, and unhealthy product consistently.
- Be prepared to change technique and instruction based on variables, R&D codes, and strain attributes.
- Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the Supervisors of Post Trim with instructed requests. Be prepared to support instructing and guiding Processors in the department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following GMP certified procedures.
- Be prepared to execute tasks within the Processing department, along with assisting towards company and facility objectives.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism.

The Production Technician will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging and labeling in accordance with standards set by Curaleaf Florida.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staging product and packaging supplies to meet daily production schedule.
- Performing quality assurance protocols as designated by Curaleaf's procedures.
- Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication and collaboration.
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed Curaleaf's specifications and patient's expectations.

Purpose
The Machine Technician (Pack) position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Packaging department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives for the department operation, and the production and maintenance of the Packaging Machine Line. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy, and must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Machine Technician will report to the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- This position is responsible for the operation, production of packaging product on the Packaging Machine Line for the Packaging department. This role will take on a variety of duties, such as, pre-packaging containers of dried cannabis product on an assembly line at an effective and efficient pace, accurately organizing and labeling packaged dried cannabis product, and troubleshooting and maintenance towards the Packaging Machine Line to sustain longevity and quality. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Meet daily quotas.
- The position is responsible for making all necessary adjustments and maintenance to have the machinery operate properly and most effectively. This position is responsible for proper diagnosis of machinery concerns formed with resolutions to continue operating effectively, consistently.
- The employee will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members and associates participating in the production of packaging containers on the Packaging Machine Line. Contributing and participating with professional communication to achieve proper data logging, labeling, and effective team unity towards daily and weekly quotas. Assist associates to achieve team goals, and support the leadership of Packaging with instructed requests.
- Supporting the Supervisors and Manager of Packaging to assist, guide, and train Packaging department members to accurately package different SKUs and inventory packages. Support the team's understanding and ability to resolve issues of organizing and inventorying dried product.
- Support the communication and secure transport of dried product from the storage areas to the Packaging and Distribution rooms. Maintaining consistency of quality of packaging and labeling before exporting product from facility.
- Clear understanding of workflow throughout the Post Harvest department.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Post Harvest dept tasks, Production dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training by the Lead of Packaging and Supervisor of Packaging assigned to the Lothian, MD cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to achieve the high standard cultivation practices, consistently and compliant.

- Understanding how to compliantly operate within the cultivation based on the state laws and regulations.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Supporting the leadership of Packaging to guide and train Packaging department members to maintain proper organization of the Packaging rooms. Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the rooms.
- Monitor, confront, and report any noticeable Packaging Machine Line concerns with the leadership of Packaging to ensure follow through of machinery issues.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the immediate work area. Ensure proper maintenance of computer workstation and spreadsheets.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Update and track all required information in the Packaging logs, METRC, CounterPoint, and spreadsheets daily.
- Supporting the organizing and securing of all packaging tags and labels.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.

JOB PURPOSE:
Ensure weighing, packaging, capping and labeling of pre-packaged product are done compliantly and to the highest quality.

The Production Technician (Night Shift) will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging and labeling in accordance with standards set by Curaleaf Florida.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Staging product and packaging supplies to meet daily production schedule.
- Performing quality assurance protocols as designated by Curaleaf's procedures.

Based in Orlando, FL you will be lead on operating and maintaining our highspeed gummie machine. You will be traveling 50%+ of the time to other states to complete load in, setup, production, and load out of a mobile kitchen and the gummie machine.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure proper incorporation of extracts into products.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure compliance.
- Audit inventory regularly to ensure full compliance.
- Maintain all product specification and printing documents, and formulas.
- Day to day management of production area and team including: production scheduling, execution, staffing, and capacity planning and cleaning.
- Operating/troubleshooting and maintaining the high-speed gummie machine.
What You Need for this Position
- Experience infusing foods and other products, working with cannabis oil infusion strongly preferred.
- Have the availability to work extended hours.
- Experience running and operating advanced machinery.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing advanced machinery.
- Experience working with regulated substances
- Familiarity with Marijuana Regulations, Medical Regulations, Health Regulations and Sanitation Regulations
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
