POSITION SUMMARY:
The Edibles Manager reports to the Operations Director and is responsible for the production of our cannabis-infused edible products. Summary:
Resinate is looking for candidates to work with a small, full-time cultivation team at its Douglas cultivation site. Ideal candidates will be familiar with working in a manufacturing or industrial agriculture setting and have a strong desire to cultivate cannabis of the highest quality within a highly controlled environment. Cultivation team members will work toward demonstrating task mastery for all essential stages of cultivation and receive quarterly raises based on demonstrated skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Cultivation Assistant will assist in all stages of plant production by working with a team and following standard operating procedures defined for facility staff and stages of plant production.
Key Tasks:
- Care for mother plants including transplanting, pruning, and irrigation
- Take cuttings from mother plants and efficiently create batches of clones
- Transplant and irrigate clones for vegetative growth
- Transplant and secure irrigation components to plants in flower rooms
- Maintain an orderly and clean canopy in the flower rooms while spotting for signs of plant stress or disease
- Harvest plants and properly load into drying racks
- Maintain a high degree of order and cleanliness in the working and growing areas of the cultivation facility
Key Attributes:
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in horticulture, but experience will play a bigger role over a degree.
- Be at least 21 years of age and able to pass state required background check
- Highschool diploma
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Comfortable with repetitive work
- Ability to follow operating procedures and work efficiently in a team setting
- Maintain a good attitude with cultivation team in high-paced environment
Physical requirements: Candidates must be able to
- Lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time
- Push/pull work carts up to 200 pounds
- Quickly and safely use scissors or cutting blades

Extraction TechnicianResinate, Inc. – Douglas, MA
Job Description
The Extraction Technician works in the lab, performing extraction/refinement, formulation, packaging & QC sampling/testing operations. Day to day, this technician will focus on the extraction & refinement of cannabis oil; however, they will often participate in packaging functions, and when appropriate, conduct QC sampling, testing and/or analysis. The primary goal for this position will be to produce high-quality concentrates from cannabis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding production quotas, product quality, and client service goals
- Master various techniques for cannabis extraction, refinement, formulation, packaging, as well as analytical testing, while ensuring accuracy of data reporting in all processes
- Be aware of, and conform to, state & federal regulations regarding production and testing requirements
- Ensure accurate measurement and inventory; all products packaged, counted, sorted, and labeled accurately
- Support R&D projects
- Other duties as assigned by Extraction Lab Manager
Characteristics
- Punctual & responsible, with a keen eye for detail
- Can follow simple & complex sets of instructions
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field, or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Experience with various methods of extraction; solventless & hydrocarbon preferred
- Experience with terpene extraction, distillation & chromatography preferred
- Experience with cannabis concentrates including live rosin, winterized oil, distillate, wax, shatter, crumble & dabs preferred
- Experience working in a regulated industry: food or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Experience working in a GLP or GMP laboratory is preferred
- Experience with packaging & labeling in a GMP compliant laboratory preferred
- Experience working with chromatography analysis equipment, including HPLC and/or GC would be an asset
- HAZMAT training, CPR training and/or license to operate a fork truck would be assets
- Candidates will also be legally eligible to work in the USA and have a clean background
Physical requirements
Ability to stand, sit and/or walk for prolonged periods; requires consistent hand/eye coordination in a precise lab setting; ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
