Position: Trim/Harvest Team Member
Seeking one experienced trimmer, who can trim 1 lbs./day.
Job Overview:
A trim team member will be responsible for assisting in numerous tasks, from harvesting different crops, through the processing of the final product. More specific tasks include harvesting of plants, assisting with the cure process, binning branches, trimming flower, helping to packaging product, making pre-rolls, processing plant waste, and maintaining a clean facility. In addition to the specific tasks listed, the trim team member will be required to abide by Mammoth’s, as well as the State of Rhode Island’s compliance standards. Trim team member will report directly to the Trim Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing all harvest, curing, trimming, and cleaning requirements
- Ensuring quality and quantity standards are met
- Ability to stand or sit for 8 hours at a time
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.

The schedule would start as Monday-Friday ~7:30am-4pm. Starting pay rate of $13/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities of Cannabis Trimmer/Packager:
- Efficiently processes flowers during the post-production phase:
- Preparing and trimming in a quick, precise, and dexterous manner
- Maintaining high quality appearance and structural integrity of the cannabis plant
- Ensuring the least amount of waste possible is produced
- Assisting in the product transferring into the dry room
- Weighing out product accurately to prepare for packaging
- Recording data in all necessary software platforms
- Working as part of a team to meet production schedules

POSITION SUMMARY
Trimming Agents provide on-site support for the trimming of Silver Sage Wellness (Remedy) product. Trimming Agents complete tasks assigned by the Harvest Manager and/or Trim Leads to ensure the aesthetic appeal and high quality of Silver Sage Wellness product. Trimming Agents must carry out day-to-day tasks including bucking, trimming, hanging, and drying of Silver Sage Wellness product. Must maintain excellent personal hygiene, workspace cleanliness, and quality control measures to ensure high quality product in accordance with the State and standards set by Silver Sage Wellness.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Minimum one year of experience in a cannabis facility. Excellent personal hygiene, knowledge of cannabis law and basic horticulture skills required. Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to sit and trim for extended time periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing and challenging environment.
Must be over 21 years of age and able to pass a federal background check to qualify for an industry work card.

The Trim Technician position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Trim department at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives. This role is responsible for a variety of duties to operate and maintain the trim machinery to process harvested plants and prepare product for the drying phase. About This Role
Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers. The Post-Harvest Trim Citizen is responsible for trimming, weighing, packaging, and collecting data for harvested plants.

- Directly responsible for all stages of trimming through the transfer to the Quarantine Room
- Responsible for production and labeling of some secondary products to include small flower, trim and fresh frozen material for extraction

- Identify and communicate problems such as mold, diseases, insects, etc. that may have a negative impact quality

- Accountable for quality control checks (Leader Standard Work) to ensure process and product quality in line with company standards and assure Citizens maintain a clean and tidy workspace (5-S Standard)
- Collaborate with all Citizens in improving daily tasks, assure proper training, and provide process audits with a passion for Continuous Improvement.
- Communicate with clarity and consistency to maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere.

Role and Responsibilities
Cannabis Trimmers are responsible for manicuring and packaging high quality cannabis products under environmentally controlled conditions by performing the following duties:
- Maintain accurate daily records of product trimmed to ensure product identification and quality control.
- Report all quality control issues during harvest to the trim supervisor immediately.
- Measuring and packaging for consistent and quality presentation of cannabis products.
- Cleaning up workspace throughout the day and at the end of each shift.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Perform repetitive tasks for long period of time.
- Reach daily trim quotas.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail.
- Meet all goals set by management.
- Trim technicians’ complete tasks assigned by the Trim Supervisor to ensure the aesthetic appeal and high quality of product.
- Must maintain excellent personal hygiene, workspace cleanliness, and quality control measures to ensure high quality product in accordance with both the State and Redwood standards.

This is a part-time position, requiring at least 35 hours per week. The Cannabis Trimmers must adhere to HighMark Provisions, LLC policies, and all state and local laws and regulations. The Cannabis Trimmers may be asked to perform other duties as well.
Summary:
Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Cannabis Trimmer executes and maintains all daily operations of the Production and Packaging Department to achieve company goals. The Cannabis Trimmer is also responsible for maintaining the company's policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with all state and local laws and regulations. There are a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
- The trimming and packaging of cannabis flower.
- Preparation, production, and packaging of cannabis products.
- Keeping track of all weights given by production leads from the start of an order until its completion on the appropriate record-keeping sheet. When weight discrepancies occur, immediately notify the production manager.

POST HARVEST TRIMMER JOB DESCRIPTION
Post-Harvest Trimmers work together with their TEAM to aid with all aspects of the trimming process. Under the direct oversite of their Team Leader and Post-Harvest Manager, this TEAM manages all tasks related to trimming high end premium cannabis flowers. Workflow is based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.
As a Post-Harvest Trimmer TEAM Member, you will:
- Precisely hand trim dried flowers with trimming shears, both efficiently, as well with great attention to detail.
- Remove the instructed amount of water leaf, sugar leaf, and stems, without damaging the structure of the flower.
- Trim several different cultivars per harvest and be able to identify/differentiate between them.
- Efficiently identify, separate, and understand the difference between hand trim and machine trim flower.
- Participate in training and follow work instructions to create a consistent high quality finished product.
- Work in a secure facility where cannabis is grown, harvested, prepared, and packaged for consumption.
- Work with a sense of URGENCY and alacrity.
- Work at a station with dedicated tools and space to trim efficiently, accurately, and quickly.
- Work in a controlled environment that requires the use of some PPE, including gloves, hair nets, beard nets, and dust masks.
- Work with the TEAM to clean, organize, and sanitize the post-Harvest and shared areas.

We are looking for Cannabis trimmers for our medical marijuana Grow located in Oklahoma City, OK. We are looking for an individual who is responsible for performing work related to defoliation trimming and harvesting trimming.
Responsibilities Include:
- Using sterilized scissors or shears to trim remaining fan leaves from the plant to separate medical marijuana flower from medical marijuana tight trim.
- Weigh final waste, medical marijuana bud weight, and medical marijuana tight trim weight and record in the inventory management system.
- Prep trimmed plant material for the ongoing quality control process, including drying and curing.

High Maintenance Trim Co is a full service cannabis processing company. We are a mobile “one stop shop” and work with multiple clients, moving between facilities based on client need and harvest schedule. The main territory for this position is: Oakland/San Francisco. This position is for: cannabis trimmer/cultivation assistant. You will primarily work in the post-harvest department harvesting, bucking, sorting, and packaging products as needed. Additional assignments may include pruning/deleafing, making prerolls, and hand trimming.
This position is for a flexible schedule as we work based on client need and their harvest cycle. You MUST be available on both Mondays and Fridays as early as 7am and as late as 7pm. - The cultivation assistant role involves training and pruning of cannabis plants, harvesting of garden, and general garden tasks and maintenance

We pay by the pound (what you trim, is what you earn) & we pay every Monday.
Buck/Full Hand Trim: 1st pound trimmed is $100/lb, 2nd is $105. If you average 2lb or more per pay period well bump it to 105 flat for all pounds trimmed.

- Transport harvested plants to drying and hang to be dried

Job Title: Joint Roller / Trimmer
Reports to: Grow Manager

Position Objective:
Pre-roll joint production, Trimming and Harvesting, Support the day-to-day workflow within the Cultivation facility.
Essential Functions:
· Assist with the production of pre-packaged marijuana joints, mini joints, and blunts.
· Process/harvest/trim cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
· Accurately package and label marijuana products; accurately document your production output.
· Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by supervisors to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
· Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.
· Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.
· Place labels for tracking and compliance, and ingredient labels.
· Count and organize products to prepare for shipment.
· Performs basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance.
