Assist Leads and Cultivation managers with all aspects of cultivation related tasks. This includes but is not limited to:

• Mixing and cleaning reservoirs/fertigation tanks

• Regular plant maintenance: defoliating, pruning, trellising, pest and disease scouting

• Irrigation of vegetative plants at various stages

• Propagation and clone care

• Learn and help manage transition schedule with assistance from cultivation managers

• Thorough cleaning of grow rooms following harvests

• Administration of various IPM methods such as preventative sprays, distribution of BCA's, maintaining a clean work space etc...

• General day to day maintenance and cleaning of grow facility, including but not limited to: vacuuming tables and floors, mopping, sanitizing fans, scrubbing grow benches, etc...

• Assist with the transition of plants as they move through various stages

Job Requirements

• Maintain good attention to detail

• Ability to sit stand, kneel, crouch for prolonged periods of time as well as lift up to 50 pounds on occasion

• Maintain compliance of all OCR regulations

• Repair and replace pumps and irrigation lines as needed

• Checking and replacing solenoid valves when necessary

• Regular checking of Hvac equipment for optimal performance and ability to troubleshoot equipment failure

• Routine cleaning of coil based equipment on a per harvest basis

• Implementation of facility projects as needed

• Maintaining a clean work environment

• Assist with cultivation tasks as needed with direction from cultivation manager

Associate Cultivation Agent

DUTIES

• Assist with cultivation maintenance including but not limited to: Environmental monitoring, irrigation, nutrition management, integrative pest management, pruning, topping, cloning, transplanting, defoliating, water management, waste management, inventory management, and some post-harvest duties.

• Assist with the propagation and movement of plant material: cloning, seed germination, transplanting, transport, monitoring propagation environmental conditions

• Complete daily with cleaning and janitorial duties on the cultivation floor and thought the facility

• Comply with DBR and industry standards set forth by the state of RI and any other applicable agency

• Operate horticultural equipment and machinery.

• Safe handling, application, inventory and storage of flammable and/or corrosive chemicals

• Track environmental factors and record data to provide to Managers and Head Growers.

• Aid in oversight of the completion of operations in timely and efficient manner.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and employees.

• Contribute to a fun, team-oriented, and challenging work environment in an innovative and pioneering atmosphere.

• Contribute and improve upon already-existing operations and processes to improve work-flow, efficiency, and provide constructive feedback and recommendations.

• Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

• Ensure that all safety protocols, procedures, and facility rules are followed, including dress codes

• Perform all day-to-day plant routine maintenance throughout the harvesting stage
