LPG Enterprises is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing our companies day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for the Bookkeeper position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.
The ideal candidate for the Bookkeeper position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the company’s internal annual audit by collecting relevant data, recording it properly and creating required documents.
- Track, process, and document various financial transactions for multiple accounts on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Provide administrative and clerical support such as record keeping and budgeting to various departments on an as-needed basis.
- Complete regular accounts receivable and accounts payable duties, such as preparing financial reports, researching and reconciling discrepancies, and processing transactions.
- Work directly with management to facilitate and manage grant proposals, purchase orders, and legal and governmental paperwork.
- Communicate directly with clients to provide accurate and discrete financial services such as maintaining expense records, preparing and filing tax forms, and performing annual audits.
- Maintain financial security by regulating all outgoing cash flow as needed, including petty cash funding and withdrawals, payment of supplier invoices and customer refunds.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Additional projects and tasks assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
- 5-10 years of accounting experience.
- Expert computer skills including Microsoft applications and QuickBooks
- Proficiency in mathematics, accounting practices and bookkeeping
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Cannabis experience plus
Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 DOE

The ideal candidate is a self-starter willing to work independently and, in a team, setting to reach sales goals and nurture customer relationships. Cannabis experience is preferred, but not required.
The Sales Managers main responsibility is to Grow existing accounts and close new qualified prospects.
As an LPG Enterprises Sales Manager, you will...
- Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of customers and prospects efficiently.
- Manage pre-existing accounts and prospect new accounts by using online tools, internal data provided by sales leadership, existing contacts, and your own creative methods.
- Assess customer needs, answer questions, and assist with ordering process.
- Generate and develop pipeline and follow up as necessary.
- Assist the Sales Representatives with account requests.
- Provide sales reports to management.
- Track client progress through our internal sales reporting process.
- Meet individual and monthly goals, quotas and KPIs and collaborate with other sales reps to successfully meet team goals.
- Maintain communication with clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis or as necessary inside and outside regular business days and hours.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communicational skills and the ability to format emails to customers and train Sales reps to do the same.
- Set up meetings with dispensary purchasing managers via cold-calling, email, and industry events.
- Coordinate sample product drop off to local retailers using our distribution teams.
- Distribute sales/marketing collateral to retailers.
- Schedule on-site pop-up events at retail locations.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product line as well as production process to inform potential clients.
- Be part of building out regional sales team/brand ambassadors through training and mentoring.
- Work with marketing team and brand ambassadors to ensure promotions and marketing materials are properly allocated and activated.

- Experience using Call Proof preferred.
- Hyper-organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle many tasks at once.
- Experience providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency using Microsoft office and Google Suite.
- Proven experience handling high volume incoming calls, emails, and text messages with a high level of professionalism.
- Proven experience handling high volume sales with resilience.

Compensation:
$70,000 (base salary) with performance review after successful completion of 90-day probationary period.

Overview:
Production Manager
We are looking for a Production Manager to add to our team who will be responsible for overseeing production operations while working with Senior Leadership contributing to their total product management. Ideal candidates will have experience within the cannabis production industry with a background supporting a production team of 20 employees or more.
As Production Manager you will…
- Oversee all daily activities of the production floor.
- Coordinate requirements needed to meet production schedule targets.
- Assist in the development and execution of training programs for Safety, Quality, and Performance.
- Keep up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
- Actively engage in continuous improvement projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
- Assist with interviewing and hiring key team member positions.
- Accurately complete all daily production recording.
- Work with shift supervisors to ensure all work is completed in a safe and orderly manner.
- Document all issues outside the guidelines of established programs to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in large scale manufacturing + production
- Cannabis industry experience preferred
- Proven management of multiple production teams
- Experience enforcing strict policies, meeting metrics and leading the department efficiency
- Advanced experience with Excel
