You will also spend about 25% of your time trimming. This will be accomplished by following the directions of the cultivation manager. Essential Job Functions
The candidate will be primarily responsible for maintaining fertigation for an indoor grow operation, and gathering plant metrics to monitor optimal growth. The candidate will be involved in a wide variety of activities including:
- Mix nutrients for plant watering, and fulfill nutrient mix orders on a timely basis
- Conduct grow room walk throughs to collect plant metrics, identify growth issues, and troubleshoot equipment failures.

- Take daily and weekly readings; data entry of daily and weekly readings
- Organizing and storing all chemical substances, fluids, and compressed gasses according to safety instructions.

Grow Facility is seeking a maintenance technician. You will be responsible for the safe operation and repair of all the equipment at our 9,000 SF indoor grow facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical, plumbing, and construction with a concentration in HVAC. You will be solely responsible for diagnosing and repairing all mechanical systems.
Day to day tasks vary from routine maintenance such as changing HVAC filters, painting, changing light bulbs to the complexity of completely repairing a 5-ton unit, compressor, boards, switches, capacitors or even adding a circuit to a panel. We have 60+ tons of RTU & Split Systems to maintain in good working order.

The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
These include, but are not limited to, the following (other duties may be assigned):
- General cleaning duties, e.g., scrubbing and sanitizing trays in propagation room, veg room and various flowering rooms; cleaning miscellaneous growing equipment to maintain protocols; transferring plants from one stage to the next; de-fanning plants, removing waste, weighing & tracking plant waste
- Completes regularly scheduled quality assessment of plants for signs of pests/disease under the training of the Cultivation Manager.
- Ensure the cultivation facility is consistently stocked with appropriate supplies at all times.
- Ensures all equipment and systems (mechanical, lighting, fertigation/plumbing, etc) are properly maintained
- Inventory procedures as they relate to proper plant counts, tracking information for inventory to ensure that our facility is always operating in compliance
- Mop up spills, leaks and making sure safety signs are in place to caution employees on wet floors, oily surfaces, and other occupational hazards as soon as they are noticed.
