ROLE SUMMARY
The Flower Room Supervisor is responsible for oversight of plant health and maintenance of all Flowering plants within the designated Flower room(s). This role will support and supervise Cultivation Technicians within their department while supporting the Cultivation Manager with daily operations. The Flower Room Supervisor is a motivated, dependable, detail-oriented person, responsible for growing top quality plants in accordance with company policies and procedures, and all production parameters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for learning the needs of each crop including feeding, canopy work, and spraying plants.
- Maintain plant health to meet the company’s standards.
- Work independently and perform work in accordance with team and company goals.
- Monitor plant development and environmental parameters to prevent development of pathogens or pests.
- Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets and OSHA policies and procedures.
- Scout for insect, disease, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Gather required data and maintain accurate recordkeeping.
- Oversee the day by day growing aspects according to management’s direction.
- Maintain stage appropriate irrigation and fertilization frequency.
- Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area, all staging areas and facility at all times, including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure.
- Take instruction and assist with tasks delegated by the management team.
- Use, maintain, and operate department related equipment within the facility.
- Ensure the daily compliance policies are followed, but not limited to compliance with the state, security protocols, access protocols and dress code.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- 2 years or more in a hands-on cultivation role.
- Experience in the horticulture or agriculture industry, a plus.
- Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the cultivation operation.
- Passion for plant life and care.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Capable of frequent and repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to sit, kneel, twist, bend and stand for a long time, and frequently walk during the scheduled shift

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Packaging Associate you will be responsible for weighing and packaging our premium cannabis flower after it has been harvested, dried and trimmed. This position is self-sufficient and focused on obtaining both qualitative and quantitative metrics and requires the ability to solve problems with minimal supervision. As a Packaging Associate you are responsible for completing the assigned tasks and maintaining packaging metrics to meet goals and expectations, according to the provided company guidelines and standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for weighing trimmed cannabis flower and packaging it with minimal handling of the product to preserve medicinal content.
- Examine buds during packaging process for final quality control prior to packaging for testing.
- Ensure accurate data recording and entry while always using proper batch information.
- Prepare and package product according to standard operating procedures and state regulations for testing and subsequent transportation to dispensary.
- Match certificate of analysis and BioTrack information to ensure labels are accurate, prior to affixing labels to each batch.

A Cultivation Technician is a critical component of the grow team whose goal is to consistently produce high quality plants that meet company standards and while following all compliance requirements. The Cultivation Technician is responsible for plant care and maintenance from propagation through flowering stages including, but not limited to; cloning, transplanting, feeding, trellising, flushing, pruning, general canopy work and daily/room flip sanitation and under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager.

- Proper communication, via emails, text, of phone call with the proper channels to ensure matters are caught early and addressed.
- Maintain a continuous focus on safety, injury prevention in all aspects of production work.
- Motivate and encourage through positive communication and feedback.

The Cultivation Supervisor supports, measures, guides, develops, and adjusts operational efficiency on cultivation operations in a medical cannabis production system. Activities may span the entire production cycle of the plant, from propagation through harvest. The ideal candidate will excel as a team and department leader, where attention to detail is extremely important, and the work is fast-paced, physically demanding, highly regulated, and quality is driven. This role requires understanding the responsibilities, needs, and priorities of the cultivation team and all aspects of plant production, as well as required compliance and sanitation functions. The Cultivation Supervisor will be a part of a focused and motivated Leadership Team, assisting our Head Grower/Cultivation Manager with all activities and operations in the cultivation areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs and operation logs as directed utilizing designated software.
- Assist in production processes for designated stages of plant growth.
- Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area, all staging areas and facility at all times, including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure

- Use, maintain, and operate equipment in the greenhouse.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Relevant experience, training or education, such as professional experience in a nursery setting or other related work
- Strong technical/analytical foundation and data driven
- Strong background in plant science
- Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Agricultural, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of the cannabis plant. (required)
- Experience preferably in horticulture, plant science, manufacturing or business administration and 3 to 5 years of experience in a related position with an emphasis in operations and scheduling

A Greenhouse Cultivation Technician is a critical component of the grow team whose goal is to consistently produce high quality plants that meet company standards and while following all compliance requirements. The Greenhouse Cultivation Technician is responsible for plant care and maintenance from propagation through flowering stages including, but not limited to; cloning, transplanting, feeding, trellising, flushing, pruning, general canopy work and under the supervision of the Greenhouse Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- With direction from supervisor perform crop work and canopy maintenance, as directed.
- Responsible for the vitality and health of the plants from propagation through flower up to harvest.
- Cloning, pruning, transplanting, feeding and labeling.
- Work daily to maintain a disease and pest-free environment.
- Ensure daily task list is completed and tracked per management instructions.
- Proper communication, via emails, text, of phone call with the proper channels to ensure matters are caught early and addressed.
- Maintain a continuous focus on safety, injury prevention in all aspects of production work.
- Motivate and encourage through positive communication and feedback.
- Help maintain effective working relationships with teams across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 to 3 years nursery experience, a plus

The Inventory Specialist's primary responsibility is to support the senior management team by performing various routine and complex administrative, clerical, and office duties. ROLE SUMMARY
Sanitation Technician is responsible for general facility maintenance and ensuring a sanitized facility to meet plant and employee safety requirements. Sanitation consist of washing, cleaning, sanitizing, drying, sweeping and mopping.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Executes washing, cleaning and sanitizing tasks/duties and assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
· Responsible for sanitation of equipment and maintenance of plant trays and irrigation system.
· Assure all cannabis products are free from contamination risks.
· Washing tables, trays, and wiping lights and returning them to the appropriate area.
· Clean and sanitize plant common spaces and tools.

This position is self-sufficient and focused on obtaining both qualitative and quantitative metrics and requires the ability to solve problems with minimal supervision. ROLE SUMMARY
The Inventory Specialist's primary responsibility is to support the senior management team by performing various routine and complex administrative, clerical, and office duties. They must understand the responsibilities, needs and priorities of the senior management team and maintain a high confidentiality level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct flower, veg, moms, and clone inventory-counting processes to ensure accuracy in biotrack.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Propagation Technician carries out day-to-day activities in our cultivation facility, including cloning and plant maintenance within the mother room. ROLE SUMMARY
As a Packaging Associate you will be responsible for weighing and packaging our premium cannabis flower after it has been harvested, dried and trimmed. This position is self-sufficient and focused on obtaining both qualitative and quantitative metrics and requires the ability to solve problems with minimal supervision. As a Packaging Associate you are responsible for completing the assigned tasks and maintaining packaging metrics to meet goals and expectations, according to the provided company guidelines and standards.

The Cultivation Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for assuring quality cultivation production by performing audits, managing system improvements, and documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the facility is up to sanitation standards, reviewing and monitoring compliance Standardized Operating Procedures (SOP), and monitoring compliance with applicable laws governing medical cannabis in Florida. This is a new role at a brand-new facility, and you will help us build our quality and compliance team there.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work with cultivation and operations managers to ensure quality and compliance at the facility.
· Monitor quality and regulatory compliance for cultivation activities at the facility.
· Write, implement, and train staff on SOPs for new procedures, critical equipment and processes and/or controls.
· Conduct inspections and audits of facilities, processes, internal controls, and training programs.
· Ensure quality plant health of grow rooms, flower production and cultivation facilities.
· Inspect plants and buds to assess quality and/or detect the presence of pest or disease.
· Conduct plant samples for inspection to identify pests or plant health issues.
· Track cultivation batches from propagation to harvest and communicate risk exposures to appropriate team members.

ROLE SUMMARY
Sanitation Technician is responsible for general facility maintenance and ensuring a sanitized facility to meet plant and employee safety requirements. Sanitation consist of washing, cleaning, sanitizing, drying, sweeping and mopping.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Executes washing, cleaning and sanitizing tasks/duties and assignments in a timely and accurate manner.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Cultivation Quality Assurance is responsible for assuring quality cultivation production by performing audits, managing system improvements, and documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the facility is up to sanitation standards, reviewing and monitoring compliance Standardized Operating Procedures (SOP), and monitoring compliance with applicable laws governing medical cannabis in Florida. This is a new role at a brand-new facility, and you will help us build our quality and compliance team there.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work with cultivation and operations managers to ensure quality and compliance at the facility.
· Monitor quality and regulatory compliance for cultivation activities at the facility.
· Write, implement, and train staff on SOPs for new procedures, critical equipment and processes and/or controls.
· Conduct inspections and audits of facilities, processes, internal controls, and training programs.
· Ensure quality plant health of grow rooms, flower production and cultivation facilities.
· Inspect plants and buds to assess quality and/or detect the presence of pest or disease.
· Conduct plant samples for inspection to identify pests or plant health issues.
· Track cultivation batches from propagation to harvest and communicate risk exposures to appropriate team members.
· Proactively identify areas for improvement and conduct regular product inspections.
· Ensure all cannabis cultivated at the facility is properly tested in accordance with company procedures and state guidelines to meet specifications prior to release.
· Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, recalls, and corrective actions.
· Assists in the development and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure adherence to company and state regulations.
· Develop, in coordination with company management, quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures.
· Monitor adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for the facility’s operations

ROLE SUMMARY
Post-Harvest Manager is accountable for all aspects of the tracking and quality production associated with post-harvest activities in the facility. The Post-Harvest Manager leads a team or Trimmers and Packagers. This role works closely with the Cultivation Manager and Operations Director to maintain harvest schedules and necessary inventory levels. This role completes tasks themselves as needed to ensure the safe, accurate and timely production of products. Often coordinates with other site leadership regarding inventory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee the drying room which includes implementing and overseeing specific operating procedures for environmental controls, monitoring of harvest batches, moisture analysis, quality assessment and quality controls.
· Ensure accurate inventory hand off from cultivation and maintain open communication with Cultivation Manager on any inventory challenges, issues or feedback.
· Oversee flower manicuring department which includes implementing and overseeing standard operating procedures including accurate inventory transfer from the drying room, ensuring appropriate moisture content for proper flower storage, quality assessment of flower, hand trim vs machine trim assessment.
· Tracking and rating batches of flower for bud quality, size, density, machine trim results and other relevant data points.
· Reporting daily to Cultivation Manager and Operations Director, using a pre-made electronic form.
· Perform inventory Audits weekly, monthly and quarterly.
· Record information about plant health and growth at each harvest.
· Ensure a high standard of quality during all harvest processes.
· Ensure adequate staffing for departments to operate 7 days a week.
· Ensure proper training and development of employees under direct supervision.
· Clean work areas and maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards.
· Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Good Production Practices (GPP) or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
· Maintaining a continuous focus on safety, injury prevention in all aspects of production work.
· Motivate and encourage through positive communication and feedback.
· Oversee and manage the packaging department inclusive of all aspects relating to compliance, quality assurance and ensuring there is sufficient packaging materials onsite.
· Responsible for communicating with proper channels to reorder packaging supplies and communicate with compliance if regulatory changes regarding packaging are made at the state level.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Production Horticulture degree or a degree in Biology, Agriculture, Horticulture, or equivalent commercial growing experience would be preferred

ROLE SUMMARY
As a member of the Trim and Package team you will be responsible for trimming and packaging of finished cannabis grown in the cultivation facility. This position is self-sufficient and focused on obtaining results and requires the ability to solve problems with minimal supervision. There is a heavy focus on compliance with regard to packaging, therefore great attention to detail is required. As a Trimmer & Packager you are responsible for completing the assigned tasks and maintaining the plants according to the provided company guidelines and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for harvesting rooms at the direction of the Post-Harvest Manager.
· Examine plants for signs of pests or diseases.
· Use, maintain, and operate trim and harvest equipment in the facility.
· Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area, all staging areas and facility at all times, including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure Inform the direct supervisor if a possible delay or problems occur with the pruning process.
· Take instruction and assist with tasks delegated by the management team. Be willing to be cross trained to assist in other departments as needed (Cloning, Mothers, Transplant or Flowering).
· Ensure the daily compliance policies including compliance with the state, security protocols, access protocols, the dress code and work schedule.
· Must be able to maintain trim quota as directed by Post-Harvest Manager.
