Moving plants from the drying stage into the curing stage at just the right time improves the product's flavor, potency, and other desired characteristics. Responsibilities
· Burp and agitate product for proper curing.
· Take and log moisture readings
· Weigh, log, and organize new barrels coming from Harvest
· Keep detailed inventory of all products in the Trim room
· Clean, scrape, and weigh out new barrels for Harvest
· Mulch leaves, stems, plants etc. for proper disposal
· Follow compliance guidelines and green waste requirements
· Protects the quality of the product at all times
· Recognize contamination-pests, seeds, dirt, mildew, and escalate concerns to shift leader
· Clean grow room for next harvest, including lights, when requested
· Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity

Job Purpose:
The Procurement Associate is responsible for supporting the purchasing department with a variety of clerical tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to purchasing lab equipment and supplies, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring goods arrive on time and suppliers are paid.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive weekly lab equipment order requests from each lab and coordinate with lab staff.
- Responsible for ordering supplies (consumables, chemicals, break room supplies, parts, furniture, etc.)
- Set up new labs with basic lab services (waste pick up, gas delivery, water services, uniforms, lab coat service, etc.)
- Set up accounts with new vendors, complete/execute paperwork for credit terms with accounting assistance.
- Ensure vendors have accurate/updated billing email contacts based on shipping location.
- Communicate with vendors about product availability, lead time, order status, changes, cancellations, accuracy of pricing, etc.
- Outsource products as necessary.
- Responsible for issuing purchase orders for supplies and equipment through Quickbooks.
- Execute payment when immediate payment is required for processing.
- Track order status through shipment, delivery and fulfillment daily, provide labs with delivery/tracking updates and add links to applicable spreadsheets.
- Place orders for misc. admin/break room needs as requested by each location (toilet paper, coffee, pens, paper, computer supplies, etc.)
- Provide accounting dept. With final invoices and receipts for orders placed.
- Cross reference and invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for lab staff on order inquiries.
- Perform daily buying duties as needed for urgent needs.
- Contact suppliers for expedited delivery as needed.
- Responsible for designing and executing orders for company merchandise (T-shirts, Lanyards, Pens, etc.)
- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of purchasing and inventory experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks or Sage X3.
- Familiarity with inventory management and advanced supply chain management concepts.
- Proven experience of purchasing techniques, contracting, and negotiation procedures preferred. .
- Proven experience in vendor management process including vendor relationships preferred.

JOB PURPOSE:

Job Summary:
Responsible for the intake of Cannabis, quality control and testing requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Intake all bulk flower, vape carts, and live resin as they arrive at the HF Facility from a driver, manufacturer, or farmer
- Visually inspect, gauge cannabis for quality/ defects such as mold, chemical burn, moisture level. Take notes on quality and defects on the inspection form.
- Record accurate weights / total units of material on to intake form and labels to be placed on bins.
- Create individualized batch number for all products
- Create compliant labels for all materials, allowing easy identification such as farm and license, weight, bag number, intake date, metrc uid or label with last 5 digits of uid.
- Record all information with proper intake paperwork (for example: Weights, Harvest/ Manufacture dates, Farmer/ Manufacture license information/ Contact information).
- Isolate untested, newly in-taken products into quarantine, separated from all working materials, and ensure the product is properly stickered for easy identification of untested products.
- Direct intake information to Procurement Manager for digital recording
- Retain and organize all records of in-taken products into designated binders.

TESTING
- Regularly correspond with all testing companies to set appointments
- Assist all product testers with any and all questions pertaining to sampling
- Create copies of all receipts, cc’ing accounting for proper financial record
- Retain and organize all batch manifest, sampling manifest and receipts in regards to testing in designated binders.
- Change all stickers/ labels to show clearly products have been tested after results have been received
- Change all stickers once products have cleared testing, move out of specific quarantine area to allow flow to production floor
- Receive all Certificates of Analysis, transferring to personal supplier records.
- Upload and label all Certificates of Analysis to Server, for all departments to access
- Create and retain excellent communications and relationships with all HF partner testing companies, past and present
TRIM
- Intake all trim entering the HF Facility
- Visually inspect all bags for quality / defects
- Record accurate weights to intake form and bag labels.
- Create compliant labels for all in-taken trim to be placed on each bag. Each bag shall have bag #, weight and Metrc UID or label with last 5 digits of UID, farm and license, intake date.
- Record all information with proper intake paperwork (for example: Weights, UID,Farmer license information/ Contact information).
- Create and update the HF Live-Document of all trim: in and out of testing, needing pickup due to non purchase or rejection on grounds of quality.
- Keep all trim tidy and organized by farm, rejection, needing pickup, and “soon-to-be-purchased” individually stored and managed
- Assist Trim Testers in purchases, sampling for testing, answer any and all questions in regards to product/ testing.
- Retain and keep in order all intake paperwork, sampling manifest and records in regards to testing in designated binders.
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
- Work closely with the HF Marketing & Creative Department, answering and assisting with all product inquiries/ handling requests in timely manner
- Take professional photographs of all products on, and soon to be on the menu using a HF registered camera.
- Keep digital copies of all photogra phs in google drive and company server.
- Analyze HF product photographs for quality, ensuring all information and angles are captured
- Editing (including file size reduction) of all photographs for maximum quality and easy input into retail ready menu
- Create individualized folders of all photographs for easy sharing and access for separate departments in google drive.

Role Summary
The Cure Associate is responsible for conducting the daily duties of the Cure Department, while ensuring that all Cure products are high quality and consistent. The Cure Associate handles harvested products on a daily basis while drying and curing. Also cleans and sanitizes dry/cure rooms and all associated equipment to the highest standards.
Essential Functions:

? Ensure that all work-in-process inventory and finished product in the facility are accurately documented in the seed-to-sale system, in accordance with law and regulations.
Additional Duties as Required:
? Other tasks as needed and assigned by upper management.
? Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, completing required record keeping as directed by QA, performing in process QA checks and notifying QA of all deviations, following all procedures and SOPs, maintaining a sanitary environment, ensuring training is complete and up to date, completing documentation according to good documentation practices.
