CURE SOLUTIONS is seeking a Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our cultivation facility. As a Quality and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for executing operational quality and compliance related activities at the facility associated with sampling and inspection of incoming material, in process, and finished products, documentation control, quality event investigation, compliance, and audit. This position will also help ensure products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency. You will also assist in identifying potential quality risks and working with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. Uses experience and knowledge to influence processes, standards, and plans to improve compliance with internal and external standards.
Responsibilities
- Establish and perform incoming, in-process, and finished product sampling and inspection.
- Reviews in-process batch documentation, logbooks, test results, and good documentation practices.
- Assist site documentation control system.
- Writes QualityInspection SOPs and forms, including routing and/or approval of change request packages, as requested.
- Facilitate State regulatory and/or 3rd party site inspections.
- Monitor site's compliance to CURE SOLUTIONS corporate Quality
- Assist in performing weekly internal audit to monitor site's compliance activities to State regulations
- Segregation, control and disposition of non-conforming product.
- Identify, recommend and perform qualitytraining as needed.
- Ensure maintenance and control of production quality
- Assist production personnel in the investigation of root causes and corrective action of internal rejects, corrective/preventive action, out of control SPC points, and customer complaints.
- Continually study the existing qualitysystem and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain communication with regulators
- Evaluate regulations frequently
- Perform improvement projects as identified.
- Collect qualitydata and report metrics to management.
- Monitors compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidance.
Qualifications
- 2 + years Prior experience in regulated industry in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods (food), or cannabis is highly desired.
- Highly desirable: FDA, GMP, SQF, and/or HACCP experience.
- Strong experience with product sampling and inspection.
- Ability to follow written procedures and monitor others for adherence to written procedures.
- Ability to create or update written procedures with site operations personnel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of CURE SOLUTIONS.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt and problem solve, as well manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Understanding of the Medical Marijuana laws, rules and regulations is preferred and the passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.

Position Summary:
The Flower associate is responsible for assisting in all flowering processing activities, as directed by the Flower Lead and Flower Manager.
Duties / Responsibilities
Production
- Adhere to all company SOPs, and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to cultivation.
- In accordance with instructions from the Flower Manager, complete all daily and weekly tasks required to grow healthy and compliant plants, including but not limited to: defoliating plants; placing and spacing plants in grow zones; trellising and training plants; removing all 5D material (dead, deformed, discolored, deficient or damaged) from plants; scouting for pests, mold, nutrient imbalances and herms; cleaning floors and benches; etc.
- Update and maintain all relevant logs (including pesticide application, watering, cleaning, plant count, etc.)
- Continuously monitor environmental conditions in grow zones, and report any deviations from target parameters to Flower Manager and Facilities Engineer
Sanitation
- Ensure that grow zones are clean and dry. Remove coco, leaf litter, algal growth, nutrient salt residue, and other debris from floors and benches.
- Participate in deep cleaning grow zones between harvests.
- Sweep, mop and disinfect corridors and hallways in the cultivation area
- Sanitize and maintain all cultivation equipment.
- Wear appropriate PPE while in grow zones, and ensure that all teammates and visitors do the same.

Role Summary
The Cure Associate is responsible for conducting the daily duties of the Cure Department, while ensuring that all Cure products are high quality and consistent. The Cure Associate handles harvested products on a daily basis while drying and curing. Also cleans and sanitizes dry/cure rooms and all associated equipment to the highest standards.

A Driver is responsible for transporting cannabis from the cultivation facility to businesses and dispensaries.
Essential Functions:
General
- Ensure that all delivery vehicles, self, and co-driver/passenger are in full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, and conduct their work in accordance with the company’s SOPs.

Delivery
- Verify that product SKUs and quantities loaded into delivery vehicle correspond exactly with SKUs and quantities on manifest, that manifest is complete and accurate, and that METRC tags are included with every batch to be delivered.
- Ensure that delivery vehicles are well maintained, and present a clean and tidy appearance at all times. Report any issues with vehicles to management immediately.
- Ensure that all packages on delivery vehicle are stowed in a safe, organized and compliant manner. Ensure that products remain secure during loading, transit and unloading.
- Adhere to approved delivery schedule and route when delivering, ensuring on-time delivery. Communicate with customers, management and sales team in the event that unforeseen circumstances delay deliveries.
- Verify all products for each delivery at each stop. Confirm manifest accuracy to include product name, type, RFID number, and inventory counts.
- Deliver wholesale orders to an approved point of contact and ensure accuracy of order, invoice, and manifest
- Collect and verify payment of wholesale transactions and verify company copy of the manifest is signed by the client
- Complete Cash Log at each facility, when picking up cash and placing into drop safe inside the vehicle
