Summary of the Position

The PositionThe Extraction Lab Manager is responsible for following established protocols, regulations and procedures during the extraction process while operating equipment and conducting activities required to manufacture and store product, as well as properly maintain production equipment and materials necessary to run a solventless extraction lab.
The Responsibilities
- Operate solventless extraction equipment including rosin press and bubble hash line
- Clean and maintain lab equipment as required
- Develop and maintain SOP documents
- Maintain records of all raw and WIP materials, finished products, and by-product in seed-to-sale tracking system and METRC
- Innovate new procedures and formulations for new products such as solventless carts, infused pre- rolls, and moon rocks
- Research current trends and techniques in solventless technology and products
- Follow Policies & Procedures for the daily operations
- Fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Maintain safety equipment and records
- Perform clerical work as it pertains to extraction lab activities
- Understand regulations/changes to regulations (local and state level)
- Perform QA/QC through analytical testing for quality, consistency and efficacy
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned
The Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in chemistry or similar field and
- 3-5 years of experience in related position with an emphasis in a production environment
- Previous responsibility for the full scope production activities, both operations and analysis.
- Speed and precision with equipment and attention to detail
- General knowledge of weights and measurement
- Ability to multi-task and maintain work consistency on a daily basis
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time
- Experience with statewide monitoring software (METRC) preferred
- Experience with distillation and refining preferred

The Responsibilities
- Conduct sales and customer service through maintaining a properly stocked, organized, uncluttered, safe, and inviting store environment

The Qualifications

The Packaging Technician will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging and labeling in accordance with standards set by Lume. Job Summary: Candidate will work closely with the grow team to ensure the health, and consistency of care for each cannabis plant on a commercial scale.
Duties:
Candidate will assume all normal responsibilities of a grower including:
Preparing rooms to be populated with plants
Mixing Nutrients
Watering plants
Monitoring climate
Keeping tools grow areas clean and sterile
Pruning
Installing trellis nets
