Assistant General Manager
Mohave Cannabis Co. | Debbie's Dispensary
POSITION SUMMARY
The Dispensary Manager maintains and runs a licensed medical marijuana dispensary according to all Arizona Department of Health Services guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manages employees and maintains high morale and customer service standards.
- Schedules employees and monitors their efficiency, leads disciplinary and conflict resolution, as needed, for optimum performance.

Follows all policies and procedures, including the completion of cash drops, opening, and closing procedures and reconciliations.
- Provides patient support and education.
- Assist Dispensary Manager with daily tasks associated with running a licensed medical marijuana dispensary.
- Keep up to date on all Arizona Department of Health Services guidelines.
- Monitors inventory control procedures and practices.
- Monitors and implements various advertising campaigns.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma.
- Previous experience in a retail setting, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Ability to acquire Agent Card through Arizona Department of Health Services.
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, holiday, and evening hours.
- Must be computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
- Ability to analyze information gathered to identify potential problems or discrepancies.

Duties:
Pack infusion and herbal material in appropriate, properly labeled containers to ensure compliance with government regulations.
Ability to operate in accordance with current government standards, including proper storage and handling of all products
Packing and packaging products for delivery
Conduct visual quality control of products, minimize waste wherever possible.
Your profile:
Must be able to quickly adapt to changes in policies, procedures and practices
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, especially line managers and colleagues
The packing officer is responsible for the packaging of herbal material and infusion products. In this role, maintaining accuracy in product weighing, picking, labeling and inventory is paramount.

The Store Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the Mr. Pawn location in accordance with the core competencies, guidelines, and policies set forth by the company.
