Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for a range of financial responsibilities across multiple companies. Duties include accounts payable, and support controllers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Data input and assistance managing the accounts payable function across multiple companies.
· Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
· Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues purchase order amendments as needed.
· Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
· Assists with support to controllers across multiple companies.
· Assists with reconciling credit cards on a monthly basis across multiple companies.
· Filing and scanning of paid invoices into SharePoint.
· Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Must be discreet, reliable, and extremely trustworthy.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
· Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
· A willingness and ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.

Job Description: Cultivation Agent
Position Summary:
Assist Cultivation Manager and Lead Growers with all agronomic activities including plant maintenance, propagation, irrigation, tracking, cleaning, reporting of METRC (Seed to Harvest).
Entry level position within an indoor commercial cannabis facility. Ability for advancement and significant upward mobility for the appropriate candidates.
** Must be able to work assigned 8.5 hr. shift including occasional mandatory overtime.
** Must be able to work from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Job Summary: The Post-Harvest crew brings the product through all processing from the point of harvest through being packaged for sale. This is a Monday-Friday 40 hour per week position with overtime opportunities. Most of your time will be spent in highly repetitive high paced tasks but REQUIRES flexibility. Cannabis is a consumable and highly tested product so cleaning, changing gloves often, and sanitizing tools is essential.

Sales Representative, Southwest MI
Our Southwest Michigan Sales Representative will cover approx. 70-100 shops, ensuring our current and potential customers are being provided exceptional service. The territory of shops for this position ranges from Ann Arbor to Detroit to River Rouge, with some outliers. This position sells a variety of cannabis items including cartridges, flower, and prepackaged product. We are looking for a driven, personable, energetic individual to help take our sales to the next level. You would be provided access to existing customers as well as leads when new dispensaries open. Sales Representatives report to the Director of Sales.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build your customer group in designated territory
- Continuously meet and exceed sales goals and other tracked KPI’s
- Utilize and update sales tracking software for visits, calls, orders, training
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.

Business Manager – Penn/Kalamazoo, MI
The Penn/Kalamazoo Farm Cannabis Operation is a key expansion for GRIP Cannabis. We are hiring for multiple farms in the Penn/Kalamazoo area that are up to 50 acres in size. They hold up to 50,000 plants producing approx. 125,000 pounds of finished goods. Employee count in the peak season (August-November) can be up to 150 team members. The Business Manager provides leadership and management of all HR and purchasing operations. They report to the General Manager of the Facility.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees and manage all ongoing HR functions at the facility.
- Manage all facility expenses including purchasing, labor, and inventory. Develop relationships with key suppliers (internal and external) to ensure high quality relationships, products, and services.
- Responsible for all MRA compliance including facility requirements, HR, and inventory.
- Perform regular MRA compliance audits, report and correct any opportunities.
- Proactively champion a culture focused on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), driving a zero-incident culture. Empower employees and drive accountability for EHS to all levels in the organization.
- Create a culture of exceeding customer expectations, ensuring that the organization is highly responsive to customer needs. Work with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations to achieve end-to-end goals.
- Establish inventory purchasing plans and proactively manage inventory to profit plan, driving improved and sustainable processes.
- Continuously improve operations through alignment with GRIP goals and a strong focus on driving a Continuous Improvement Culture.
- Build organizational capability by ensuring motivation and retention of a high-performance team and workforce.
- Demonstrate a leadership style that perpetuates the vision of GRIP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with high performance teams, leading cross-functionality, and developing employees.
- Minimum 2 years balancing a budget and order processing.

Operations Manager- Penn/Kalamazoo, MI

We are hiring for 2 farms in the Penn/Kalamazoo area that are up to 50 acres in size. They hold up to 50,000 plants producing approx. 125,000 pounds of finished goods. The Operations Manager reports to the General Manager of the Facility and supervises up to 80 seasonal workers with peak business being August-November.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Work with the construction team to plan and provide all necessary equipment needed for healthy plant growth and efficient processing.
- Oversee day to day workflow of construction for maximum efficiency.
- Manage all facility maintenance and cleaning.
- Work with cultivation manager to lead daily plant work tasks including harvesting, processing, quality control, and inventory management.
- Maintain compliant inventory records in Metrc per MRA standards. Establish inventory plans and proactively manage, driving improved and sustainable processes.
- Establish objectives and track key performance indicators across the organization; ensure continued improvement in all balanced scorecard indicators with emphasis on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost and Culture.
