Henry Yandt Construction is looking to hire an experienced Superintendent to work with our skilled capable team managing projects up to $20 million. This position requires at least 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor. This person will possess a sense of urgency and skills in relationship building, negotiation, budget management and a proficient technical understanding of safety requirements, construction contracts, drawings, methods, and equipment are required.
The Superintendent performs these critical tasks to ensure the successful completion of their respective projects in accordance with design, budget and schedule:
- Produces an accurate overall project schedule and material procurement schedule. Updates Weekly.
- Understands OSHA regulations, monitors and enforces safety practices to promote a safe workplace.
- Storm Water Operator certification preferred.
- Oversees scheduling and conducting all pre-installation meetings with required contractors and suppliers.

- Assists with the design process: looks for value engineered opportunities, works with in-house and/or external design professionals, key trades/vendors, and other internal stakeholders to develop permittable set of construction projects and full construction documents.
- Assists with Developing work scopes to provide to trade base for bidding purposes. Completes bid reviews with trade suppliers and awards trades.
- Assists with the Change Management processes.
- Works with the Project Engineer for generation of submittal and RFI logs. Ensures expedited shop drawings and product data are reviewed and approved prior to releasing material. Submittals are reviewed, approved and distributed to all relevant trades.
- Coordinates weekly construction progress meetings and produces well documented meeting minutes for record distribution to the trades.
- Drives punch list process and project closeout documents (as-builts, O&M, owner training, etc.) with project team through to conclusion.
- Fosters and maintains positive relationships with the Inspection Agencies, Architect, Engineers, Interior Designers, Facility Staff, etc.
- Participates in Business Development activities as required (groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, fundraisers, and other social opportunities).
- Helps Project Manager with coordination of building permits, organizing the paperwork, and required inspections.
- Reviews and understands project drawings and specifications.
- Assists in the management of Job Cost reports; provides contract updates in a timely fashion.

The Brand Manager is responsible for the full development, coordination, and implementation of marketing campaigns to ensure flawless activations across all marketing/media and sales channels for in-house brands. Henry Yandt Construction is looking to hire an experienced Superintendent to work with our skilled capable team managing projects up to $20 million. This position requires at least 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor. This person will possess a sense of urgency and skills in relationship building, negotiation, budget management and a proficient technical understanding of safety requirements, construction contracts, drawings, methods, and equipment are required.
The Superintendent performs these critical tasks to ensure the successful completion of their respective projects in accordance with design, budget and schedule:
- Produces an accurate overall project schedule and material procurement schedule. Updates Weekly.
- Understands OSHA regulations, monitors and enforces safety practices to promote a safe workplace.
- Storm Water Operator certification preferred.

- Fosters and maintains positive relationships with the Inspection Agencies, Architect, Engineers, Interior Designers, Facility Staff, etc.
- Participates in Business Development activities as required (groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, fundraisers, and other social opportunities).

Henry Yandt Construction is looking to hire an experienced Superintendent to work with our skilled capable team managing projects up to $20 million. This position requires at least 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor. This person will possess a sense of urgency and skills in relationship building, negotiation, budget management and a proficient technical understanding of safety requirements, construction contracts, drawings, methods, and equipment are required.
The Superintendent performs these critical tasks to ensure the successful completion of their respective projects in accordance with design, budget and schedule:

- Understands OSHA regulations, monitors and enforces safety practices to promote a safe workplace.

- Assists with the Change Management processes.
- Works with the Project Engineer for generation of submittal and RFI logs. Ensures expedited shop drawings and product data are reviewed and approved prior to releasing material. Submittals are reviewed, approved and distributed to all relevant trades.
- Coordinates weekly construction progress meetings and produces well documented meeting minutes for record distribution to the trades.
- Drives punch list process and project closeout documents (as-builts, O&M, owner training, etc.) with project team through to conclusion.
- Fosters and maintains positive relationships with the Inspection Agencies, Architect, Engineers, Interior Designers, Facility Staff, etc.
- Participates in Business Development activities as required (groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, fundraisers, and other social opportunities).

Our client is hiring a President for their Michigan cannabis operations. Client Cannabis is located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and is comprised of multiple cannabis operational and real estate assets. Currently, Client is undertaking the following ventures:
1) Operating a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor grow facility in Battle Creek, Michigan.
2) Developing a 20-acre outdoor grow in outside of Arlington, Michigan (online April 2021).
3) Finalizing construction of a retail facility in Oakland County, Michigan (online February 2021).
4) Constructing multiple cultivation and retail facilities through southeastern Michigan (winter 2021).
5) Adding to its significant cannabis real estate portfolio for either future speculation or operations throughout Michigan.
Client is a self-funded, privately held company on track to be one of the largest cannabis companies in the State of Michigan. It is currently lead by its ownership team, but Client desires to empower a qualified President to lead Client moving forward.
The President is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the organization by working with ownership and the current leadership team to continue, establish and follow long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies to promote and support the vision of Client. Your focuses will include:
