Partner with our clients to effectively communicate brand ethos, process, and goals. Act as “face” of the brand within the territory, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner at retail, events, and within the Cannabis industry. The Cannabis Cultivation Crew aids in the production, maintenance, and health of all crops by performing tasks assigned by the Facility Cultivation Manager. The technician is responsible for plant quality, upkeep, efficiency and performance of cultivation operations, including all tasks required throughout the cannabis production cycle to ensure the development and production of quality cannabis products.
Job Functions
- Adherence to all directives and goals set by the Facility Cultivation Manager and performance in conjunction with company standard operating procedures.
- Ability to be trained in and perform all tasks related to cannabis cultivation including but not limited to cloning, pruning, defoliation, transplanting, trellising, harvesting and other cultivation related tasks.
- Ability to follow directions and execute all cultivation related tasks as assigned by supervisors and managers.
- Performance of compliance related tasks, including but not limited to, METRC tagging, processing of cannabis waste, and harvesting.
- Performance of cleaning and non-technical maintenance tasks including room sanitization, washing, sweeping, scrubbing, and trash disposal.
- Adherence to strict sanitation procedures to mitigate pest contamination.
- Monitoring of plants for signs of disease, pests, infections, irrigation issues or infestations.
- Accurate tracking and record of team performance data as assigned by the Facility Cultivation Manager.
- Conduct must be in compliance with California State and local cannabis regulations as well as company standard operating procedures and protocols.

- Keep dry rooms and manufacturing areas fully operational

Your experience and skills include:

Partner with our clients to effectively communicate brand ethos, process, and goals. Act as “face” of the brand within the territory, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner at retail, events, and within the Cannabis industry. Partner with our clients to effectively communicate brand ethos, process, and goals. Act as “face” of the brand within the territory, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner at retail, events, and within the Cannabis industry. Cannabis Cultivator Crew
The Cannabis Cultivation Crew aids in the production, maintenance, and health of all crops by performing tasks assigned by the Facility Cultivation Manager. The technician is responsible for plant quality, upkeep, efficiency and performance of cultivation operations, including all tasks required throughout the cannabis production cycle to ensure the development and production of quality cannabis products.
Job Functions
- Adherence to all directives and goals set by the Facility Cultivation Manager and performance in conjunction with company standard operating procedures.
- Ability to be trained in and perform all tasks related to cannabis cultivation including but not limited to cloning, pruning, defoliation, transplanting, trellising, harvesting and other cultivation related tasks.
- Ability to follow directions and execute all cultivation related tasks as assigned by supervisors and managers.
- Performance of compliance related tasks, including but not limited to, METRC tagging, processing of cannabis waste, and harvesting.
- Performance of cleaning and non-technical maintenance tasks including room sanitization, washing, sweeping, scrubbing, and trash disposal.
- Adherence to strict sanitation procedures to mitigate pest contamination.
- Monitoring of plants for signs of disease, pests, infections, irrigation issues or infestations.
