- Bachelor's degree in accounting. MST is a plus
- At least 8 year’s experience in public accounting; Big 4 or large regional firm experience a plus.

Cannabis ERP Implementation Consultant
Crowe's Consulting Manufacturing and Distribution practice has an exciting opportunity for an ERP (ideally D365) implementation consultant to join our growing team. The Consultant will be focused on leading and/or architecting solutions for Cannabis opportunities, managing the project solution scope with customers, assisting project management to deliver the solution, and providing the application functionality leadership and direction for customer team members tasked with implementing the solution. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep overall knowledge of the Cannabis industry and possess a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations. The Consultant will also collaborate with other Crowe team members to assist in development of new solutions which solve business challenges facing the customers and industries we service.

Profile for Success:
- Over two years of ERP (ideally D365) implementation experience
- Extensive experience in the Cannabis industry
- Extensive experience working in core logistical and manufacturing business processes such as Procurement, Sales, Distribution, Warehouse Management, Material and Resource Scheduling/ Planning, Production Routing, Bill of Material Costing, and Shop Floor.
- Knowledge of accounting business processes and integration with operations a strong plus
- Experience working with and/or implementing complimentary third party solutions to D365 product including ADC, EDI, WMS, CRM, ECM, and Plant Maintenance desired
- CPIM, CSCP certification a plus
- Must have reputation and references with previous clients, contacts, and/or partners
- Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments
- Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams
- Must be able to produce specific examples of work product (functional requirements, design, output, test plans, etc.)
- Bachelors degree required

Job Description
This position is responsible for overseeing and improving upon current systems in place in order to provide a seamless customer shopping experience at all locations, while being the support Dank's Wonder Emporium employees can rely on.
Expectations/Requirements
All tasks must be performed according to Standard Operating Procedures. Must be prepared and able to perform the duties inherent in other department's job descriptions. Responsibilities
- Work with management to resolve all store level IT and procedural questions and requests
- Performs store level file maintenance according to standard operating procedure
- Generates and reviews sales, financial reports and communicates discrepancies to regional data team for correction
- Attends required trainings and meetings
- Provides excellent support to our staff, addresses needs of various departments in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive communication techniques
- Answers all calls, emails and messages promptly and courteously
- Maximizes sales potential through implementing effective and proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- Works alongside Legal department to ensure compliance in established procedures according to state/provincial and municipal law as it pertains to cannabis
- Ensures standard operating maintenance procedures are conducive to a safe and positive working and shopping environment
- Ensures opening, mid, and closing duties are completed daily as assigned; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing at all locations according to standard operating procedures
- Immediately report any and all concerns regarding safety hazards and/or company policy violations to the CEO
- Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership

Top Responsibilities:
Running PADs (Patient Appreciation Days)/Demos– Educating customers about FROOT products is incredibly important. Our PADs are a way for us to connect and educate with customers directly. You’d set up on the shop floor, welcome customers, educate them on all of our cannabis edibles, vapes, pre-rolls and our values as a brand, and more. At PADs, the main objective is to meet or exceed sales goals. You need to be as passionate about our products as we are. You will be responsible for reporting sales after each PAD.
- Marketing activations – Help the FROOT team successfully implement marketing strategies by doing things such as setting up displays, deploying signage and brochures, supporting promotions, managing any on-site activations, and more. You are responsible for checking in with shops to make sure everything is up to par with our products–tidy, a great, visible location, etc..
- Account / Relationship Management– We will be relying on you to act as the liaison between the FROOT team and all the retailers. This means building and maintaining relationships with shop owners and budtenders, checking in on a regular basis, making sure all of the budtenders are educated on FROOT, etc. You must act as a reliable resource and will be responsible for tasks such as deploying materials, dropping off kits (or anything needed), checking in on displays– basically anything that needs to be done to make FROOT a success at our shops.

Employee expectations and job duties include:
- Greeting and checking in customers, light phone work/directing of calls
- Verifying identification in system is up-to-date
- Operation and balancing of register
- Answer customer questions & provide product information
- Ensure the shop says in neat, tidy order
- Light cleaning of shop at closing/opening (Sweeping, garbages, etc.)
- Arrive on-time, clean & professional and up to company dress code standards
- Follow company policies and work well with other employees

Purchase Order Specialist - Cannabis Retail Corporate Office

We are a fast growing Recreational/Medical Cannabis Company looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivating, driven individual to join our team onsite in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have open availability, extreme attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Our purchasing team oversees multiple locations out of 2 corporate offices, so the ability to focus and keep extremely organized is a must. Communication with your Vendor Relations, POS Specialist, and Store Managers at all locations is an absolute necessity as they are your main points of contact regarding inventory.
Data Entry experience preferred, not necessarily in the cannabis industry.
Recommended Math course completions: Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, or Statistics
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process manifests/invoices for receiving product/payment and update invoice details accordingly
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
- File all invoices/manifests/receipts accordingly in Google Drive
- Prepare relevant reports as needed
- Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis
- Make phone calls to various retail stores to confirm discounts/sales/marketing promotions are appropriately implemented
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience
- Exceptional math skills
- Working knowledge of Google Drive and Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to enter data into spreadsheet, fillable PDF, purchase order, etc
- Comfortable with office-related equipment including a computer, telephone, printer/scanner, and calculator
- Ability to think analytically and logically
- Must be able to pass typing test at 50wpm with 95% accuracy.
- Must have sufficient knowledge of a PC (iOS experience will not be considered as "Strong computer skills")
- Must be comfortable using a 10-key
- Must be able to interact with vendors/employees over the phone on a daily basis in a timely, respectful manner
- All prospective employees must pass a detailed background check as well as a drug test (testing positive for marijuana will not negatively affect the hiring process)
