Trimmer/ Harvest
Our Trimmers are responsible for efficiently performing quality trimming to prepare marijuana plants for sale. They must de-fan plants, precisely weigh and record them, trim off sticks when the cannabis dries, and sustain cleanliness and organization of their work area. Additionally, they maintain the quality of the plants, ensure a high level of cleanliness, and even take care of side tasks, such as medicine processing or reporting updates to management. Cannabis trimmers are expected to work with integrity and honesty while being resourceful and ready to work as a part of a team or independently. And, just like other cannabis jobs, a cannabis trimmer should demonstrate incredible attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to be all inclusive)
- Maintain and follow the trimming department policies and procedures
- Maintain proper data entry to ensure METRIC seed to sale compliance
- Wash and sanitize all equipment. Monitor all equipment, ensuring all tools are free of pests, viruses or disease.
- Uphold quality of finished product through employing attention to detail while manicuring flower.
- Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of a cannabis plant, be able to separate useable material from waste material, and track accordingly in seed to sale software.
- Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis they are trimming; adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Employee must show up on time for their scheduled shift ready to work.
- Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and the state while processing patient medicine.

- Responsible for helping the Cultivation Team meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.
- Duties included, but are not limited to
- Drying plants,
- Hand trimming plants, Machine trimming plants,
- Weighing plants,
- Sorting buds,
- Maintaining cure tubes,
- Packaging flower,
- Labeling packaged goods,
- Preparing packaged goods for sale / distribution to our customers
- Cleaning all equipment
- Cleaning all work areas; including moping and sweeping floors
- Communicates directly with Team Supervisors/Managers and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.
- Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the Cultivation process.
- Maintain best agricultural practices.
- Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.

We are seeking a full time Cannabis Trimmer to join our harvest team.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, full time hours.
Typical schedule is 8:00am to 4:00pm daily.
Experience is not required. This is an entry-level position and we are willing to train you on proper trimming techniques.
Compensation depends on experience.

REQUIRED:
- Must have a current/valid Marijuana Enforcement Division badge.
- Must stay current and obey all rules and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division.
- Requires the ability to stand and/or sit for long hours.
- Requires consistent hand-eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity.
- Must follow all policies & procedures for our Clean-Room cultivation facility, which includes showering upon entering the premises and wearing medical scrubs and nitrile gloves while working. Scrubs and gloves are provided.
