We are looking for cannabis professionals that are skilled in all areas of back-end processing. Our jobs are largely centered in cultivation and range from defoliation of live plants, to dry processing and preparation for sale. We also occasionally do physical labor (cleaning, labeling, joint rolling)
We are working to organize a schedule but this will be Part-Time and sporadic for the time being. The candidate who will be successful in this type of role is someone who wants to make a career for themselves in the cannabis industry. This position offers the unique perk of working side by side Presidents and Operations Managers. There is no better opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the industry from professionals than working your way up to the top.
Trimmers will be using scissors to manicure cannabis flowers; quotas are realistic and based on the weight of the product properly trimmed.
You will be doing the same thing every day so the ability to stay focused and work quickly while staying on task is essential.
Trimming is one of the most important areas of the business and needs to be taken seriously, failure to efficiently trim product to our high standards will result in termination from the company.

We are seeking outgoing and passionate Budtenders who are looking for long-term employment. Our Budtenders will assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Our Budtenders are responsible for helping customers, checking them out, cash handling and customer service. We are looking for a highly dedicated individual who supervises and coordinates activities and workers engaged in tasks associated with all aspects of the laboratory. Delegates Facility Director duties to the Lab Manager and assures all delegated duties are performed properly
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the overall operation and administration of the lab, and for assuring compliance with all applicable regulations
- Ensure lab staff is qualified for the position held and are in adequate number for sample volume
- Must be accessible to the lab at all times either on-site or remotely
- Must be present in the testing facility an average of 60% of hours of operation (Co-Directors on-site time can be combined to achieve the 60% threshold)
- Ensure physical environment meets regulations
- Ensure all phases of laboratory services meet regulations
- Ensure verification of test methods, reporting of results, testing methods and personnel meet regulations
- Ensure procedure manual is available to all personnel and meets requirements
- Ensure consultation is available to the lab’s clients
- Ensure all on site personnel are properly trained and supervised by the appropriate personnel

- Analyze and catalog each individual strain from clone to harvest.

- Mastery of soil growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation.
Qualifications include the following:
