Managerial Responsibilities

Established cannabis analytical laboratory is looking for a Scientific/Laboratory Director to join our team.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with a positive and friendly attitude. This position will require someone who is a team player, professional, and comfortable working around cannabis. The Scientific Director is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our lab and lab staff to ensure accurate and timely test results to our clients. The Lab Director is responsible for the planning and operational performance of the laboratory. BASIC FUNCTION
The Scientific Director is primarily responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the laboratory, which includes its staff, equipment, instruments, supplies and samples received. The Scientific Director is additionally responsible for administering the basic management functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling to assist the President in the successful and efficient attainment of company goals while working alongside the Chief Science Officer (CSO).
