Sales Support Supervisor.
As part of our Sales team, you excel in delivering product, managing marketing events, and supporting our sales staff while being extremely knowledgeable about our brand and products. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth sales process by being on time and organized, as well as, being educated on our products and the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Sales Support Team
- Create and communicate routes and schedules
- Drive industry-leading performance and customer service
- Train, develop and coach Sales Support teams on company standards and best practices.
- Account Support
- Build relationships with intake managers and budtenders to win consumer awareness, increase recommendation rates, and drive incremental sales
- Conduct education sessions with budtenders (EDUs) on Wyld history, process and products
- Make product deliveries
- Conduct dispensary events
- Coordinate monthly medicated sample delivery to all applicable locations
- Ensure brand integrity in stores in regards to displays, pricing, etc.
- Invoice, manifest and utilize Cannabis Tracking System (CTS). Maintain compliance within all systems
- Inventory Management
- Organize, maintain, and track swag, unmedicated samples, and event inventory
- Ensure 100% event readiness by stocking bins, filling samples, and organizing display items
- Restock on-site inventory at facilities weekly, or as frequently as necessary
Qualifications
- **If you are hired, we will require you to prove that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine or have a valid religious or medical reason not to be vaccinated.*
- 3 years of experience directly related to customer-facing responsibilities and account management, preferably in the cannabis, or related industry. At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, data analysis, Google Apps and QuickBooks
- Active state-issued driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
- Spanish proficiency a plus
- Must obtain state required permits, licenses, and/or certifications
- ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred
- Willing to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Driving orders in state territory

Job Description:
The Sales Support Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the order management group, as well as supporting all aspects of the sales function, including maintaining the division’s CRM platform.
The order management group is responsible for driving revenue through the company’s E-Commerce site. Reps manage company orders at the low end of the company’s spectrum, upsell customers to packages of consumables and train customers on how best to place orders directly on the E-Commerce engine.
The ideal candidate’s active listening skills allow you to understand a prospect’s challenges, pain points, and initiatives, leading you to ask great questions and swiftly qualify needs. Your self-starting mentality and endless work-ethic, effective communication skills (written and verbal), and outstanding follow up tactics lead to above average productivity. The ideal candidate is a detailed, process driven manager and aggressive salesperson who knows how to leverage and manage the intricacies of CRM while helping keep the database “clean.”
Responsibilities:
- Manage inside sales representatives to high levels of success
- Provide additional revenue by always being aware of upgrade opportunities within existing engagements within a customer's organization
- Create a revenue engine that drives to own 100% of the customer’s wallet
- Use CRM to record all prospecting and sales activity daily
- Manage staff to superior levels of CRM usage, driving accountability for the VP of Business Development
- Position reports to Vice President Business Development, Extraction Division
- Oversee general office management responsibilities for this location.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales and territory development experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience selling to the cannabis and hemp marketplace.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an inside sales management environment
- Knowledge of extraction technologies; cultivation experience a plus
- Ardent ambition and drive
- Excellent prospecting, questioning, and qualifying abilities
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal), follow up, and presentation skills
- Superior coaching ability
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- A Bachelor's degree (desired)
