Our radical alignment compensation philosophy is key to our success so we add two compensation pillars in addition to sales commissions: Profit-sharing and Equity (granted via Restricted Stock Units or āRSUsā):
By including meaningful profit-sharing compensation we 1) fundamentally support rather than exploit our people, 2) keep the BS to a minimum, and 3) unlock the insane power of durable, high-performance teams.
By issuing equity with 10-year annual vesting, we make every employee an owner, and incentivize the creation and protection of long-term value.
See nthventure.com for more details on our radical alignment approach to compensation. See this blog post for more details on our culture.
We have a remote-first culture and operate in a highly virtual and asynchronous environment.
