POSITION
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Brand Ambassador to join our team and provide the highest level of customer service to our customers. Living in the finished goods room to stage orders for drivers in the morning, to visiting physical store locations to keep track of inventory needs, this person is being trained to be a sales representative.
The position requires individuals with good judgment skills and who are able to operate with discretion maintaining company confidentiality.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with our product collections in order to support in-store merchandising efforts
- Provide in-store product demonstrations, conduct Patient/Customer Appreciation Days (PADs/CADs) events, and similar special field marketing events on behalf of Dripp Extracts/Waferz Official.
- Provide Budtender Trainings
- Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
- Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department.
- Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.
- Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
- Obtain and provide pictures and video of demos, in-store displays, shelf displays and other specified areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with budtenders/shop staff and consumers.
- Maintain regular contact and communication with your supervisor.
- Regularly track all hours and mileage using Slack and MileIQ.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 1-2 Years experience in cannabis retail, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality required.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing conditions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Punctual.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- You are comfortable with, and enjoy, presenting and speaking with large groups of people.
- Deep knowledge of cannabis - the science, the industry, the people, and the culture. (If you're new to the industry, we are willing to train and educate the right candidates).
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and similar social platforms. (We're willing to train the right candidate).
- Tolerant and positive attitude - tolerance, understanding, and kindness are at the core of the TrustTree philosophy and culture. As a Brand Agent, you will be interacting with people from all backgrounds, and we expect you to treat ALL people with understanding, respect, and kindness.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation - this role requires travel to different dispensaries in your territory (we reimburse for mileage and wear and tear).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

3. Knowledge of legal cannabis packaging compliance requirements

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Sales director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
Responsibilities
- They will oversee the Dripp / Waferz brand portfolio its portfolio of vaporizers, extracts, flower, pre-rolls, and merchandise
- Lead Sales team to own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Lead, motivate, and mentor your sales organization to drive company goals
- Source, motivate, and train talent to scale the organization properly
- Work with CAD Manager to drive sell through at our retail locations
- Maintain and deliver consistent budgets and reporting to the Executive suite on a regular basis
- Establish sales objectives, forecast and develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories
- Establish and implement short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Project sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Develop and implement long term revenue goals for overall company budget
- Help your team build strong partnerships with Dripp and Waferz accounts, fostering growth and long-term relationships
- Devise and implement innovative strategies to attract and engage key accounts across the state
- Maintain a pulse on trends across the ever-changing cannabis landscape, evaluate competitor activities, economic indicators, and overall market trends
- Work with Operations & Marketing to create Go-To-Market plan for product launches
- Develop leads into opportunities by nurturing relationships, understanding client problems, involving the correct decision-makers, and helping clients understand the brand offerings
- Hold regularly scheduled reviews with the sales team to discuss account reports, new opportunities, customer issues, competition, industry updates, new product information

Skills
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
