- Manage and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Ensure account profitability by maintaining margins.
- Occasional travel to represent Greenlane at trade shows and visit accounts.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or designee
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
- Four-year degree in business or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of and passion for our products, our industry, and the culture we appeal to is a big plus.
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to follow-up effectively with attention to detail.
- Experience in the counterculture or Cannabis space a plus.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance with coverage limits of $100,000 bodily injury per person, $300,000 total bodily injury per accident, and $100,000 property damage per accident.

Job Purpose
Lead the Sales growth of the Supply & Packaging segment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- treamline the strategies of success thus far and repeat across entire sales team.

We are currently searching for a Marketing Manager for VIBES.
In this role, you will work with and report directly to the General Manager, VIBES to drive strategic planning and execution for the VIBES brand and contribute to the overall VIBES brand business strategy. The Marketing Manager assists with the planning and development of annual marketing and business plans that align with organizational goals and objective, aiming to achieve sales growth, profit margins and market share targets. This position will be based out of Greenlane’s global headquarters in Boca Raton, FL.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plays a leading role in solidifying the marketplace position and marketing plans for VIBES.
- Develops and executes annual operating plans and marketing plans that deliver financial objectives and aligns with brand strategies.
- Assists in managing the budget to stay on track in delivering quarterly and annual financial commitments.
- Analyzes consumer data, market share and sales reports to understand brand performance, product health and to track progress against marketing initiatives and return on investment analysis for marketing programs.
- Participates in customer business planning process and collaborates with key stakeholders ensure delivery of net sales and market share objectives.
- Coordinates with E-commerce on development and implementation of activities in-field. Develop and deploy e-channel strategies for brand.
- Contributes to the development and execution of portfolio pack, pricing, trade promotion and distribution strategies.
- Participates in monthly brand demand reviews, capacity reviews, risk mitigation and incremental sales opportunities.
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
Qualifications & Skills Required
- BS/BA degree in Business Management or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years prior marketing experience in brand management with CPG company, preferably within tobacco or alcohol.

- High familiarity with brand development planning, innovation and creative ideation processes.

In this role, you will work with and report directly to the General Manager, VIBES to develop and lead a collaborative and strategic partnership with national customers across multiple fronts, including consumer insights, collaborative customer marketing, industry relations, issues and policies, sales technology, and category management. Lead VIBES at the headquarters of national customer accounts and be responsible for development of strategic relations, business plans, and execution that impacts performance across all the accounts’ sectors. Account for oversight and involvement in activities that create a sustainable competitive advantage for VIBES. This position will be based out of Greenlane’s global headquarters in Boca Raton, FL.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with Greenlane’s Sales leadership to share key customer requirements and identify opportunities for growth
- Implement national customer development strategies and plans with a formal joint business planning (JBP) process at account. Be accountable for delivering assigned sales key performance indicators (KPIs) and key sales and brand initiatives across strategic customer accounts.
- Identify and pursue incremental opportunities to shape the customer’s current and future business practices to grow VIBES share while strengthening Greenlane as a preferred vendor partner.
- Sell and gain commitment to the annual JBP with customer alignment to VIBES’ 18-month planning horizon that delivers on the assigned sales KPIs – volume, distribution, share, and other key brand initiative objectives.
- Customize and link VIBES strategies, plans, and key initiatives with the customer’s key strategies and tactical plans. Measure and enforce all requirements of our commercial partnership agreements to ensure they are being maintained by our distributors and retailers.
- Maximize effectiveness of all merchandising fixtures/displays to present a competitive merchandising advantage at retail
- Coordinate communication between the customer and Greenlane’s sales organization.
- Solicit and report customer and competitive insights to identify critical sales opportunities and provide solutions to management
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign development and execution details.
- Motivate and empower Greenlane’s Regional Sales team members to deliver exceptional excellence at assigned territories and accounts.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- National or regional customer management experience within the broader customer products industry.
- Experience selling to convenience channels, mass, wholesale, and/or specialty tobacco channels.
- Sales, management experience preferred with a demonstrated successful performance history in positions held 3-years or greater.
- Demonstrates decision making, management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and managing programs independently.
- Highly competent oral and written communication skills.
