RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop in market relationships with both the community and dispensary partners and consult with Wholesale/Marketing Team to bring opportunities to the table where the GDF brand could participate
- Organize on brand exciting local engagement activities and events to build brand awareness and education- including vendor days and in store pop-ups
- Coordinate and deliver brand assets for all launches and facilitate involvement of the Sales and Brand Team as needed to execute and deliver in market brand assets and brand collateral, etc
- Be the embodiment of the Brand in each state developing deep relationships with the Chamber of Commerce and local businesses for potential co-marketing opportunities
- Assist Sales and Marketing Teams as needed
- Build community and be a reliable and trusted resource for dispensaries
- Create budtender events to assist in product knowledge and training
- Leverage relationships within the cannabis industry to promote the brand as well as attend all cannabis events

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business preferred but not required
- Some customer service, sales, marketing or retail experience ideal

Workforce Planning and Employment
- Manages transfers, promotions, demotions, terminations, and any other compensation changes. Processes these changes in the HR Information system.

Workforce Relations and Development
- Trains and assists with employee disciplinary actions and dispute resolution.

Requirements
