- Keep Store Manager informed of complaints
- Recommend suitable cannabis products for customers
- Address Customers Concerns
- Provide education of the endocannabinoid system and the importance of cannabis products
- Ensure Products adequately stocked
- Educated on all product pricing and value
- Fluent in all Pippi’s Purpose educational materials
