Our fulfillment staff is responsible for supporting the Inventory Manager with the day to day operations of the inventory/order fulfillment to ensure cannabis and other products are successfully managed from delivery to guest checkout. Most time will be spent on maintaining inventory levels and controls, ensuring compliance with state and local laws, pre-packaging and organizing bulk cannabis product, upholding Company standards and operating all aspects of the dispensary cannabis products and supplies under the direction of the Inventory Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all technology platforms are updated with our most current information (specials, events, marketing materials)
Handle all ordering, delivery, METRC transfers, and inventory audits
Ensure that the Inventory Manager is notified of all rejected transfers so this may be communicated to the vendor and product replaced or credit given
Manage par levels for existing product lines and submit reorder requests
Ensure products on display are rotated appropriately
Complete inventory audits ensuring all inventory handling procedures are being followed and variance is at target levels
Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed and the store is completely secured before departing at night or opening in the morning
Meet with management team to ensure proper follow-up on all action items and address any personnel issues
Report all relevant operational information to Management
Handle customer issues and concerns in a professional and effective manner
Responsible for POS updates and maintenance in conjunction with floor personnel
Collaborate with management to ensure the store is compliant with all pertinent employee rules and regulations
Ensure proper odor control and cleanliness within inventory area at all times
Ensure that the Company brand is always properly represented
Participate in Leadership and Teamwork training
Enforce all policies and procedures of the store and the Company
Manage team to ensure staff is on task at all times
Perform any other duties and projects assigned by Senior Management
Prepackage bulk cannabis product in accordance with State regulations
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of retail or inventory experience in high volume establishments with extensive knowledge in the cannabis industry
Must be tech savvy, including, being able to input and access information in the POS and inventory system, delivery systems, marketing outlets, computers, etc.
Must be comfortable learning new skills
Must have a hands-on, proactive management style
Skills and Attitudes:
Must be motivated, hard-working, and passionate. This position requires someone who is a strong leader with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Provide guidance to store leaders by training on metrics, business processes and focus on continuous improvement strategies to Company business objectives
