The Safety Specialist monitors the facility, grounds, and surrounding neighborhood to ensure that customers and employees may safely receive services. Key Responsibilities
- Greets all guests in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner; educates customers about Vibe By California's product of the day, brand values, and policies.
- Provides a safe and secure internal and external environment, implementing safety policies to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and company assets at all times
- Monitors Vibe By California property and immediate surrounding areas, (e.g., parking lot, property line, and internal access points, etc.)
- Performs and documents scheduled and random inspection patrols of physical premises
- Observes, cautions, instructs, corrects, investigates, and reports persons or incidents involving unusual suspicious or unwanted activity such as vandalism, property damage, or rule infractions
- Identifies potential security and safety risks, or undesirable conditions and reports such activities according to Vibe By California reporting protocols
- Responds to all emergencies including, but not limited to, medical emergencies, undesirable conduct, violations of company policies or civil law; assists until proper authorities arrive
- Conducts crowd control at the front door and in the dispensary area, forming lines and updating customers to help manage their service expectations during busy periods
- Determines admission or denial to any visitor or customer, questioning and removing persons as necessary; coordinates actions with Safety Manager, and/or Manager-on-Duty as needed
- Communicates with Store Manager, other Managers and Shift Supervisors, and dispensary staff to handle safety concerns
- Interfaces with local law enforcement and security agencies as situations require
- Documents any irregularity, incident, or emergency actions concerning safety and security, completing all required paperwork
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Complies with Vibe By California dress code requirements
- Must be flexible and able to be scheduled as needed, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Summary
The FOH Retail Manager is responsible for leading a team of front-line employees and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail market. The FOH Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the opening /closing of the store, and ensuring the safety of employees, and retail customers. FOH Retail Manager will work in collaboration with the BOH Manager to ensure minimal loss of product and that the facility and employees are in compliance with Cannabis regulations. Customer Service:
- Supervise and lead the Guide team and FOH Assistant Manager to deliver the highest level of customer experience by creating a positive work environment that consists of mutual respect, transparency and open communication.

The Dispensary General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the retail level including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence. This position requires competence in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively interact with patients and other members of the Team to ensure a positive culture and the best possible patient experience for our clientele. WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Mentor, motivate, elevate and inspire the team through training and performance reviews to ensure the company’s culture and expectations are met and exceeded
· Train store staff by reviewing, revising and implementing training materials; delivering training sessions; understanding the staff needs of the store and build depth on the bench to ensure all Company initiatives can be expedited with ease
· Follow established policies and procedures and execute all company programs for customer service, staff management, patient and visitor management, inventory management, cash handling, state compliance, and safety and security guidelines
· Identify and develop process improvements to assist with company growth
· Maintain thoughtful store scheduling to drive revenue while controlling overhead costs
· Perform daily inventory audits and record daily and monthly category sales and ensure accuracy at all times
· Oversee End of Month inventory reconciliations and report any discrepancies in real-time
· Develop strong vendor relationships and monitor, manage, and maintain proper inventory levels
· Ensure accuracy for all cash handling in the front of house and back of house
· Guide patients and employees with cannabis recommendations including product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
· Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality
· Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
· Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
· High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
· Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling

We currently operate two indoor cultivation facilities that represent over 110,000 square feet. Additionally, we are constructing a purpose-built 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility, where we will centralize processing, packaging, distribution, and manufacturing.
The Opportunity
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, assisting the Cultivation Manager in various ways such as cleaning, cloning, transplanting, IPM applications, pruning plants, planting and resetting rooms as well as various miscellaneous tasks that fall under the day-to-day management of our gardens and their various individual departments.
Under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager, you will ensure that the facility is kept safe and compliant with OSHA standards as well as all state and local regulations at all times. This position will be responsible for following ALL Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as they relate to various aspects of our cultivation and maintaining compliance within our facility at all times. Cultivation Technicians will be responsible for many key day-to-day tasks that keep our facility operating smoothly and our production cycle on schedule.
Having a positive mindset, a capacity to problem-solve, as well as a team-first attitude is critical.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
These include, but are not limited to, the following (other duties may be assigned):
- General cleaning duties, e.g., scrubbing and sanitizing trays in propagation room, veg room and various flowering rooms; cleaning miscellaneous growing equipment to maintain protocols; transferring plants from one stage to the next; de-leafing plants, removing waste, weighing & tracking plant waste.
- Assist with the coordination of all grow operations including: Daily Activities, Quality Assurance, Potting, Manicuring, Harvesting, and pruning as well as assuring compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements.
- Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift, as well as information sharing.
- Inventory procedures as they relate to proper plant counts, tracking information for inventory to ensure that our facility is always operating in compliance.
- Mop up spills, leaks and ensuring safety signs are in place to caution employees on wet floors, oily surfaces, and other occupational hazards as soon as they are noticed.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at appropriate times as this position may be exposed to splash hazards, high temperatures, and chemicals. Complete training will be provided upon hiring.
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
- Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
- Complies with safety requirements at all times.

The Opportunity
We are looking to bring on a Payroll & Accounting Coordinator to join our growing organization in Redding, CA. The Payroll & Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day Accounts Payable administration and ensuring that all things payroll-related are correct and on time. This role will run end-to-end payroll for 3 separate entities in our Wurk payroll platform. You are proactive, organized, and always looking for ways to automate processes and add more experiences to your professional wheelhouse.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is well versed in payroll and wants to learn more on the accounting side. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Payroll
- Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order
- Coordinate with HR about changes in payroll (e.g. terminations, new hires)
- Oversee electronic payments and distribution of payroll checks
- Process other financial compensations or deductions (e.g. bonuses, commission, reimbursements, garnishments, severance pay, taxes, worker’s compensation)
- Handle benefit expenses, like insurance fees or paid leave
- Produce reports to upper management upon request
Accounts Payable
- Audit invoices, monitor accounts payable aging, input manual invoices for payment, and perform procedures relating to proper vendor payments
- Act as a point of contact between internal departments and accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including vendors and service providers.
- Using bookkeeping software and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate.

Administrative Tasks
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas

Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING

Salary: $14.50 to start. Plus, minimum incentive requirements (around 5 cents per gram trimmed) The more you trim the more you will make.

Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age and are willing to participate in a background check
- Fingerprint or Live Scan or ability to complete one.
- Reliable transportation and government issued photo identification

Job Duties:
- Trim transplant, defoliate, water, harvest and process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and the cultivation facility’s policies and procedures.
- Work with the grow department to execute trimming Removing large fan leaves and branches using hands.
- Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, and/or machines.
- Follow directions from supervisor(s). Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
- Adheres to the cultivation facility’s safety standards to maintain a safe, clean working environment
- You will be doing the same thing every day so the ability to stay focused and work quickly while staying on task is essential.

- Work with the Directors of Operations to identify future leaders & mentor them by creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

- Ensure brand merchandising & display standards are maintained & that store is consistently replenished from stockroom to sales floor
- Manage in-store supplier demonstrations, merchandise updates through planning & business partnerships
- Analyze business trends, inventory levels & customer feedback with Directors of Operations & make appropriate merchandising & display adjustments
- Manage markdowns & necessary product moves to ensure proper signage & placement
- Communicate inventory levels, necessary markdowns & trends to General Manager
- Acts as a liaison between Customer Care Department & store to help resolve escalated issues
- In partnership with Directors of Operations, prioritize, plan, and adjusts schedules and agendas to ensure all business goals are achieved.
- Establish & maintain a safe work environment & ensures ongoing training & awareness
- Ensure all company policies & procedures are consistently followed by Williams-Sonoma Inc. associates, vendors & suppliers
- Manage & control payroll, supply levels, courier costs, cash control & correct billing/coding
- Ensure timely resolution of client service issues including delivery/pick-up & outstanding issues through effective use & management of client information reporting system

- Lead store associates through the execution of company business plans/objectives to drive sales, be profitable and provide a superior customer and associate experience.
- Attend to opening and closing the store and maintain proper accountability for cash handling and company banking.
- Manage an individual store while meeting store retail budgeted sales, margin, labor, expenses and overall P&L monthly results to ensure operating EBITDA and income are achieved.
- Ensure via the use of Staffworks/Work Force Management that labor is scheduled to meet customer service needs and complete operating activities and ensure the same standards of operation are enforced in the pharmacy department.
- Interview, hire, train, direct, reward, and discipline associates; appraise associate performance; and resolve complaints.
- Provide leadership and development for associates by communicating career opportunities, provide regular performance feedback
- Manage adherence to all regulatory and compliance legislation and policies.
- Perform all job duties necessary to providing a clean, safe, and pleasing environment to customers and associates by following company standards for safety regulations and overall store appearance both inside and outside of the store; maintain and follow rules in Clutter Free.
- Maintain merchandise standards, meet sales targets, corporate plan-o-grams and on-going merchandise information.
- Participate in and supervise the preparation and accountability of retail store physical inventory and develop action plans to achieve expected results.
- Manage store’s vendor relationships.
- Responsible for price accuracy of goods in the store.
Experience / Requirements:
- 2+ years in retail management and/or multi-unit supervisor
- Proven ability to manage staff to exceed sales goals while maintaining payroll budgets
- Excellent ability to identify top talent, create teams & train, develop & retain great people
- Superior critical thinking skills to creatively identify challenges & develop action plans in a timely manner
