We need a person for the position of Sales Manager for CannaSOS. You should clearly understand that CannaSOS is a social network developed primarily for the cannabis industry, and you will have to work with businesses that operate in the industry. You will NOT be dealing directly with the sale of cannabis. If you like cannabis, great, but that does not mean that you will be selected for the position.

The company requires a person who will organize and monitor sales of digital advertising in the territory of the United States of America and Canada. You will be required to control and lead Sales Reps located throughout the country, but the selling of digital advertising will be done all across North America. You, just like the Reps, work remotely. You will not be the only SMS in the company, but you will be working separately from them.
You have to understand that although we provide you with an already built foundation, with team members, you will have to build your department from the ground up. We understand it is not easy, and you will need to allocate 100% of your time to this task. You will receive full support from the company, and you will be working with an online advertising platform (similar to Facebook).
Location: This position is work from home.

We believe a successful sales team connects with customers, creates long-lasting relationships, and helps companies to sell their products or services. As the Sales Manager for CannaSOS, you will be responsible for making sure the Sales Department is aligned to these goals. We are looking for someone who is a proven leader in high-growth, service-oriented cultures with proven leadership and management capabilities.
You will recruit, hire, train, develop, and lead your own US sales team. The ideal candidate will look forward to helping their team develop strategies and action plans to help clients achieve success. The successful candidate will have excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to manage local and remote sales staff.
The Sales Manager will report directly to the Co-founder and Director of Business Development, and will have responsibilities to generate weekly, monthly, quarterly sales KPIs and achieve defined objectives. Motivate staff to make proactive decisions and take ownership of communications with clients, prospecting and funnel development. Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as our company grows. Define segment or industry verticals, work with inbound lead handling, opportunity analysis, presentations, client communications, proposal generation, negotiations, client contracting and activation. But again, we have already built the foundation and will share with you all the documents and programs that have been created.
How does the company compensate the Director?
The SM will be operating on a commission basis for the first 3 months (probationary period). After this period, we will sign a new 12-month contract with a fixed compensation, commission, and bonuses. Based on our forecasted calculations, SM, combining both probation and non-probation periods, is expected to receive a full payout of anywhere from $150,000 - $210,000 for building a team of 3 Sales Reps that will be meeting minimum sales quotas. Commissions begin at 20% and gradually decreases to 14% as the sales surpass $100,000, $200,000, and $400,000/month. We expect you to start off making sales yourselves, as this will allow you to 100% be certain how the sales process works. After the probationary period, you will be offered a new contract with a fixed compensation ranging based on your performance.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
- +2 years Business to Business Sales, Advertising, Recruiting or Marketing background, preferably experience working with the cannabis industry or digital marketing industry
- Experience in the service business, analytics or e-commerce experience capable of communicating value for a premium product
- +2 years management and leadership experience.
- Have experience when it comes to understanding costs, profit, margin, marketing and operations
- Critical thinker and communicator who works well with cross-functional teams, and can present best practices and defend messaging choices.
- Proven ability to influence and affect customer perceptions and behavior with compelling stories.
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple deliverables and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

After the probationary period, you will be offered a new contract with a fixed compensation ranging based on your performance; but it will nonetheless be fair and will offer a stable financial foundation.

PAY STRUCTURE:
The Sales Agent will be receiving commission for the first 3 months (probationary period) after this period, we will discuss a base salary in addition to the commission. Commission structure will be provided during the hiring process. All commissions begin at 15% and up.
WHAT WE NEED:
We are seeking an independent Sales Agent to join our team. This individual would be “home-based” and responsible for generating sales through outbound calling and emailing efforts. Although this might be obvious, we are looking for true-believers, not salespeople who will work with us in order to only make money. We are looking for people who love/will love the product they are helping promote, love the company, love the customers, love the brand, and want to make a large and meaningful impact in the company and the cannabis industry.
