We are looking to hire an attentive cleaner to join our team. In this position, you will be required to clean homes of our luxury lodge and vacation homes in Denver area and sourrounding area, You will be helping to clean and wash blankets and get the proprty ready for the next guest. Most of our lodges are 3 days minium and weekly and monthly which you would only need to clean a few times a week and a few times a week during long stays we do updates and dust surfaces, vacuum and mop floors, and clean windows. The cleaner should also be able to remove stains from various surfaces on and on going bases to keep our places clean and effective so you may be on call at times.
To be successful as a cleaner, you should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period. Ultimately, a top-performing cleaner should be physically fit and able to perform with minimal supervision.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
- Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
- Emptying trash cans.
- Washing and drying windows.
- Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
- Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.

Our maintenance company is looking for a cleaner that can handle some dirty work. We currently focus on janitorial services for the property communal areas and preparation for unit turnaround. We’re looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless, and trash is removed on schedule. We hope you’re ready to put on your gloves and scrub up with us.
Applicant will be required to pass drug and background screening prior to employment, (Cannabis excluded.).
Job responsibilities:
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
Clean commercial buildings by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms, and wiping down communal surfaces
Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris
Notify building management of any repairs required
Deep cleaning units prior to new tenant move in (unit turnaround)
Attributes:
