Create and Drive Business Value
- Be an expert and process leader for the refinement and concentrate operations.
- Work closely with other operations team members to manage product supply and our supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products
- Deliver consistent updates and communication on any issues that could interrupt supply chain needs
- Partner and Collaborate with the Innovation team to deliver on time and high-quality new product launches
- Maintain compliance for all best practices and regulatory standards

Refinement/Concentrate Processing

- Coordinate with the inventory/production teams to understand specific concentrates needs in order to maintain an efficient and consistent supply of material.
