We're currently building out our front of house team. You will work with a highly energetic, passionate and positive minded people.
Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties within a cultivation and manufacturing environment
- Work on general and special projects for the management team
- Monitor a secured front entrance and greeting all guests to the facility
- Provide widespread support to visitors including escort as required
- Answer all incoming general phone calls and route accordingly
- Provide administrative support and help throughout the organization as needed to include: Mail, filing systems, ordering office equipment/supplies, Maintain employee information/lists/calendar, Scheduling and coordinating meetings/appointments and conference calls.
- Update and/or enforce and maintain general office procedures
- Responsible for petty cash transactions
- Provide general notice communication to various departments
- Coordinates and supports various employee engagement events
- Maintains a pleasant disposition when greeting visitors, guests and members of the team
- Occasional support to Supply Chain – facility purchases, invoicing
- Gathering and shipping production materials, collateral, packaging, etc.
- Assist with all HR-related tasks
- Ensure Kitchenette and Bathroom supplies are stocked
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Must be able to manage time efficiently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Hours: Sunday-Thursday 10:00 A.M. - 05:00 P.M.

The instructor is responsible for teaching assigned courses related to the medical cannabis industry, including but not limited to:

· Providing support and guidance to address student issues during each class.
· Representing the Learn Sativa brand professionally and ethically at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
The Cannabis Instructor is required to have the following qualifications and skills:
·Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, engineering or related field.
·Commercial cannabis laboratory experience is preferred.
·Extensive hands on experience with purification, separation, and crystallization of various compounds, preferably including cannabinoids.
·Highly professional English language verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise patience and treat all students with respect.
· Experienced and comfortable working with a wide variety of students.
· Proven experience with established instructional delivery methods
· Creative thinker with superior networking skills
· Strong organizational skills
· A team player who can commit to Learn Sativa’s educational mission
· Professional appearance and behavior
· Ability to deliver impactful results with minimal supervision

- Remaining up to date on current industry laws, technology, and news
- Scheduling Students
- Providing tours of the facility
- Working in the gift shop

- Inventory Management
- Curriculum Improvement or creation
- Training and managing interns

- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

- Work with the lead teacher to monitor the class schedule.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment.
- Revise lesson material with students individually or in small groups.
- Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean.
- Oversee students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on-field excursions.
- Collaborate with lead teachers to recognize the issues students are facing and recommend solutions.
- Document student progress.
- Help lead teachers to create lesson plans.
- Comply with state, school, and class rules and regulations.
- Attend all training classes and faculty meetings.
- Observing and carrying out sales processes.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
