We just won Weedmaps best of 2022 and We are building a new fully licensed, legal and compliant Cannabis Delivery system. The Cannabis Delivery Dispatcher will be responsible for ensuring each delivery is conducted as smoothly and efficiently as possible, thereby guaranteeing an all-around positive experience for our delivery partners, drivers, and customers. We are looking for a self-motivated, hard-working individual who performs at an exceptional level during high-pressure situations. Extremely precise and clear communication is a pivotal part of this role.
Responsibilities Efficiently and logically assign orders to drivers based on local geography, traffic patterns, and time constraints. Provide support for drivers who need assistance out on their delivery routes. Communicate potential operational and technical issues. Provide exceptional customers service in all interactions via phone, text, or email. Develop and maintain rapport with our delivery partners, drivers, and staff. Ensure customers’ concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate customer requests and/or problems to a manager when needed. Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect. Maintain the strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines where applicable. Qualifications Personal knowledge of various cannabis products. Preferred not required. Previous dispatch experience a plus. We are looking to staff Dispatchers/Customer Service Reps that will communicate with customers, manage drivers, and maintain inventory. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, be able to remain calm + composed, and work well in high stress/high volume situations. A great work ethic, great multitasking skills, great communication/customer service skills, common sense, and trustworthiness are required. Everything else can be trained! You are the first point of customer communication for the company, so it is important that you represent the company well!
You must own a computer that can function with multiple programs open at once. We provide an external monitor that will be used.
By law, must be 21 or older.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customer through phone, email, and text on computer.
- Process orders (everything related to this process)
- Route drivers
- Data entry/data management
- Organize inventory
- Communicate with team members during work flow
- Maintain inventory
Skills/Requirements
- Fast typer - we will have you take a typing test before an interview.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Proficient in math related to money and taxes
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Sound judgement and critical thinking
- Common sense
- Trustworthy
- Detail oriented
- Cannabis experience is NOT required!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations:We provide gloves, masks, and hand sanitizer for all employees. We also practice daily disinfectant wipe downs for the working area.
