Who we are:

CenTex CBD is a family ownedcannabis company based in Central Texas with 3 retail locations. We are collaborative, social, customer-centric and our goal is to help as many customers improve their health with our products and help as many employees as possible afford a living.

We sell products that are age restricted, so we are currently only considering applicants that are 21 and up.

Cannabis experience is a plus, however we are willing to train the correct person for the job.

We sell superior quality cannabis products and also manufacture some items in our Round Rock location.

Responsibilities include:

Educating customers and assisting them with their purchases

Inventory Management

Manufacturing Assistance

Shop Maintenance (Light Cleaning)

*Not completing assessments and/or not answering screening questions will result in a REJECTION*

Mandatory

• MUST BE 21
• MUST BE AVAILABLE NIGHTS & WEEKENDS
• Our current store hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm and we plan to Re-Open on Sundays in November
• You can expect around 30+ hours per week.
• You will physically need to be able to stand/sit for a couple hours at a time while manufacturing products. Also you will need to be able to lift 35+ pounds occasionally.

FYI-Doing drugs or alcohol of any kind are not allowed at work. There will be a zero tolerance policy when it comes to being 100% sober at work at all times.

The Customer Service Associate creates a positive and educational experience for each customer. This includes assisting them throughout their time in the store, making product recommendations, and completing the transaction using point-of-sale software. Customer Service Associates are expected to be professional, friendly, and cultivate brand loyalty with the customer. A successful Customer Service Associate will achieve sales and operational goals of the company and maintain strict compliance protocols.

Position may also include receptionist and phone support shifts. Minimum 21 years of age. This is a part time and on-call position that has the possibility of transitioning to a full time role.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.

• Make product recommendations and educate customers.

• Utilize a cash register to complete customer transactions.

• Ensure compliance standards are met throughout each transaction.

• Maintain clean work areas.

• Be knowledgeable on all aspects of the cannabis products sold in the store.

• Be knowledgeable of all promotions and events.

• Encourage repeat business through positive customer engagement.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail setting.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Positive references from past employers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a cannabis or cannabis-related field.

• Strong education of cannabis products and their effects.

• Experience in a high-volume establishment.

• History of community involvement and community service.

Physical Requirements

The duties of this job require frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, and may require lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.

The Customer Service Associate creates a positive and educational experience for each customer. This includes assisting them throughout their time in the store, making product recommendations, and completing the transaction using point-of-sale software. Customer Service Associates are expected to be professional, friendly, and cultivate brand loyalty with the customer. A successful Customer Service Associate will achieve sales and operational goals of the company and maintain strict compliance protocols.

Position may also include receptionist and phone support shifts. Minimum 21 years of age. This is a part time and on-call position that has the possibility of transitioning to a full time role.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.

• Make product recommendations and educate customers.

• Utilize a cash register to complete customer transactions.

• Ensure compliance standards are met throughout each transaction.

• Maintain clean work areas.

• Be knowledgeable on all aspects of the cannabis products sold in the store.

• Be knowledgeable of all promotions and events.

• Encourage repeat business through positive customer engagement.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail setting.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Positive references from past employers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a cannabis or cannabis-related field.

• Strong education of cannabis products and their effects.

• Experience in a high-volume establishment.

• History of community involvement and community service.

Physical Requirements

The duties of this job require frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, and may require lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.

CBD Retail Sales Associate Retail help needed at family owned CBD stores.

Cannabis experience a huge plus. We sell manufactured CBD products as well as smokeable hemp flower. We also sell Delta 8 THC products.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining the most current cannabis news and education

Educating customers and assisting with their purchases

Packaging Hemp flower, both loose flower and prerolls.

Inventory management

Preparing online orders

Must be available evenings and Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and all major holidays.

You can expect around 20-30 hours per week.

Doing drugs or alcohol of any kind are not allowed at work. There will be a zero tolerance policy when it comes to being 100% sober at work at all times.
