Recreational Cannabis Retail Store(s) is seeking responsible, reliable and energetic Sales Associates/Product Specialists.

Applicants must be over 23 years of age to apply.

Our staff and Product Specialists control the customer experience from start to finish. They do everything from educating the customers on products transacting sales, to merchandising and keeping the store safe & clean. We require excellent attendance and value the ability to work a wide variety of days and shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Provide quick, friendly customer service in person and over the phone by determining customer needs and present customers with the appropriate products
- Maintain flexible availability to work, ensuring the widest possible variety of days and times available to be scheduled
- Work diligently at all tasks and deliver high quality results; some of these tasks include: greeting and assisting Guests, accurately ringing up sales and delivering change, thanking guests, stocking/facing products, setting up product displays, cleaning, helping other employees.
- Help identify more efficient processes and better ways to serve our guests
- Teamwork: show a strong spirit of cooperation, regularly volunteer to help team members, and make a strong collaborative effort to get all work done

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 23 years of age
- High degree of accuracy at basic math and organized cash handling in a distracting environment at a consistently quick pace
- Excellent guest service skills
