JOB SUMMARY
This position reports directly to the Senior Packaging Manager and is responsible for assuring the proper planning, scheduling, production, and compliance of cannabis products for sale. The Assistant Packaging Manager completes their duties.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

- Work closely with department supervisors on employee related issues, have knowledge/understanding of attendance policy/handbook
- Backfill Senior Packaging Manager in his/her absence
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of packaging and/or cannabis production and conversion experience in a commercial cannabis facility
- 2+ years demonstrated success managing a team
- Knowledge or willingness to learn state specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including work excel, outlook, and PowerPoint.
