POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Administrator provides critical cohesion across the company’s administration, HR, facilities, purchasing, and financial operations. In addition to administering payroll and benefits, maintaining a clean and organized office space, managing procurement of supplies, and coordinating daily operational details in our Portland office, the Operations Administrator serves as a welcoming voice for incoming calls and ensures accurate record keeping, organization, and communication. The Operations Administrator performs an array of tasks that may include:

Product Receipts
Coordinate with distribution delivery companies to assure timely delivery
Operations Admin will check all paperwork for accuracy
Organize Paperwork as required by Accounting department
Coordinate physical quality checks with Inventory team
Software Management
Metrc CA track & trace compliance
Internal software management
I. Build of product profiles
II. Receiving of product
III. Management of discounts for retail teams
IV. Online menu management
Manage excel spreadsheets with relevant data for accounting teams
Manage excel spreadsheets for Operations intake team
Vendor Payment Pick Up
In order to excel in this role you must possess the following:

We are looking for a People Operations Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our People Operations department, here at Connected International Inc. The People Operations Administrator will support a variety of HR administrative duties, including facilitating daily HR functions and keeping track of employees’ records, responding to HR-related inquiries or requests, supporting the interview process, and performing other related tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics. The People Operations Administrator will work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Triage and respond to incoming HR inquiries and/or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the People Operations team.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
- Support other functions as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field is preferred; Experience in lieu of education.
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, in particular); G Suite: Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g. Zenefits).
- Ability to work with ATS software.
- Familiarity and understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities; Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting and ability to provide well thought out recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
