We're seeking an energetic Sales Operations Administrator to assist the Senior VP of Sales with daily functions that will support many facets of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling, filing, phone calls, arranging meetings, shipping/mailing
- Running online errands
- Attend meetings as needed and provide follow up on action items
- Acts as liaison with other departments and distributor
Sales and Operations:
- Work with HQ teams to provide support of projects and duties to ensure maximum effectiveness of multi-state sales teams.
- Help organize and gather information from various departments and meetings that pertain to Sales and Marketing.
- Collaborate across departments on special projects in sales, sales ops, marketing, and merchandising.
- Work closely with Trade Marketing team to organize and distribute trade materials
- Research, benchmark and analyze data
- Work on sales operations-related function
Sales Support:
- Pull and organize cannabis licenses
- Conduct industry and competitive brand research as needed
- Other duties as assigned by SVP of sales
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with and knowledge of cannabis and the cannabis industry.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and wear many hats
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace and Microsoft office, specifically Excel
- Monday – Friday workdays
- Ability to travel locally
- Have reliable transportation, Valid Driver's License, and Vehicle Insurance
EDUCATION
