The ideal candidate for our Construction Site Supervisor position will execute our strategic vision for our California-based operations. The Salinas-based Construction Site Supervisor will report to the Vice President, Asset Development, and will play a key support role in the development of Vibe’s Salinas greenhouse operation. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising the renovation/construction and operational set-up of existing/new facilities, and support all other activities as needed to further Vibe initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Support the VP Asset Development and senior management in all aspects of Vibe’s business development goals;

- Meet with and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and service providers as needed to facilitate the performance of duties and responsibilities;

Supervise all Cultivation functions and employees for the designated facility.
Ensure production goals are met on time.
Work with support teams to ensure all of production’s needs are met.
Responsible for delegating tasks to cultivation staff to maintain a compliant and clean facility.
Ensure that all of Cultivation’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and BMP’s are followed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Produce safe quality marijuana for patients.
Be proactive in identifying and correcting potential issues.
Help identify and react to all incidents.
Report all incidents ups to the Site Administrator as soon as reasonably possible.
Have a basic and updated knowledge of all garden operations.
Understand all tools and equipment needed to run the cultivation facility.
Implement safety practices and considerations.
Maintain up-to-date employee scheduling to ensure all business functions are adequately staffed.
Maintain access to limited access areas.
Implement continuous improvement strategies increasing overall efficiencies

Schedule: Monday - Sunday Open availability
Shift: Monday-Saturday 8:00 AM -4:00 PM , 2:00 PM -10:00 PM
Sunday 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Newton, MA
Pay Range: $16.50-$18.50/hr
Signal 88 of New England is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to join our team. As a member of our team you would be responsible for protecting the client and securing the assigned property by monitor the facility and automated machines.
The candidate will be observant and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous security experience and/or customer relations background. This individual should be detail oriented and have the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations while exhibiting patience.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Is okay with open availability
- Customer Service Oriented/Outstanding people skills/ Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in scheduling/ training
- Owns a vehicle
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable with tasks
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Exceptional ability to assess and de-escalate adverse situations
- Ability to stay positive in ever-changing circumstances
- Monitor security systems and camera, conducting visual property inspections, and maintaining reports of activity and escalating actions needed.
