JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Strategist at Farmacy Partners & Farmacy Health is a dynamic professional with a passion for healthcare, education, community and cannabis. This position will directly impact the performance of community engagement, education and continued growth of an emerging company within the medical cannabis industry. This person is savvy and self-motivated with a proven track record of progressive career success.
SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with development and execution of digital campaigns and other campaigns to increase store and web traffic.
- Work with manager to develop and execute promotional strategies
- Create and write content as it pertains to ads and campaigns related to medical cannabis
- Assemble and create presentations alongside physicians and other leadership to use at educational and community engagement events.
- Stay current on market trends through research to identify new opportunities
- Ensure brand messaging and consistency align with corporate mission and vision.
- Liaise with external agencies, internal customers and managers to move campaigns and initiatives forward.
- Work with internal teammate to develop promotional materials such as ads, digital media and infomercials to increase the company’s brand awareness.
- Collaborate with outreach team to promote and execute events
- Create and maintain content to launch social media campaigns, drive community engagement, education on platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills verbal & written
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
- Proven project management experience with applicable examples of work
- Experience with marketing budgets, timelines and targeted spends for ROI
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field (required)
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Zoho, HubSpot, LinkedIn Learning or other applicable sources a plus
- 3+ years’ experience in Healthcare, Cannabis or Retail Marketing (required)
