Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize our marketing investment across performance marketing channels
- Develop campaign insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform optimization and future go-to-market strategies and decisions
- Keep a pulse on the latest measurement methodologies to measure efficacy of spend across all marketing channels
- Work with our analytics, ad operations, and data engineering teams to ensure measurement capabilities are in place before campaign execution
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance, ensuring consistency accuracy with relevant insights
- Manage a small creative team in the production of all marketing and advertising assets
- Work closely with CEO to deliver desired brand positioning and advise on campaign strategies and solutions
- Improve vendor management, developing processes, lead selection
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct experience evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness and performance analytics
- Experience working for an agency or marketing department with an understanding of marketing strategy.

Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and execute sales strategy to meet monthly and yearly volume goals (Reporting Actual vs AOP): Financial Performance, 'Metrics, Head Count, Monthly Forecast, Previous Month Review, Wins and Challenges, New Product Discussion, Market Condition).
- Oversee all functions of the sales lifecycle including sales forecasting, direct relationship management and development, negotiation of buying agreements and lead conversion, deal evaluations and approvals
- Lead and coach a team of account executives (where applicable) to meet and exceed Green Thumb’s wholesale objectives
- Heavily data driven, is comfortable with using data to decide on next steps.
- Attend cannabis industry trade shows, conferences, conventions, and other professional events in an effort to stay current on industry trends as well as to interact with potential and existing customers.
- Partner with Finance and Operations on the following activities: forecasting activities, developing revenue targets, budgeting and developing sales operations processes and compensation plans.
- Work with Branding and Marketing teams to develop advertising strategy and promotional activities.
- Hire, train, and evaluate for the sales organization
- Ongoing training and sales support for PMs, provide guidance on planning, prospecting, closing and deal flow processes
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing, and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements
- Identify problems preventing company strategy execution and lead effort
- Works directly with project managers on implementing and cultivating market sales strategy through mentorship, joint meetings, strategy sessions, and open format discussions covering current and/or developing account, market strategies, opportunities, and threats

- Bachelors degree required
- 7+ years of outside sales preferably in consumer packaged goods (food & beverage, preferred), minimum 2 years of people management
- Highly Data and Analysis Driven
- Experience of P&L and budget management
- Demonstrated experience of exceeding sales quotas
- Proven ability to build and execute a sales strategy to generate and develop new business.
- Customer focus and experience in Zendesk
- Experience working in sales management systems (i.e. Salesforce) and advance knowledge of excel

- Design a variety of product and marketing materials for both print and digital media including but not limited to: Products and packaging, social media, technical resources (spec sheets, manuals, data sheets), brand management and logo design, sales sheets, brochures, advertisements, and buying guides, and presentation and report design

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and package food products according to specification
- Keeping a record of required information following good documentation practices
- Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble, and/or label materials per specific production instructions

- Manage and generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid initiatives
- Stay current on PPC industry trends and developments
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with business goals
- Monitor and evaluate performance across the major paid ad channels
- Leverage your analytical abilities to look beyond the numbers in our paid marketing channels and understand how our members interact with our website to grow the business
- Manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that Monthly Spend is on target

Professional Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in paid search or online advertising
- Experience with website analysis using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and internal reporting tools
- Experience working with PPC ad platforms such as Facebook, Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, etc
- Experience working in a startup environment preferred
- Advanced spreadsheet skills including functions, pivot tables, and lookup tables
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adhere to deadlines

We are looking for a tech-savvy Operations Assistant as we are scaling and need a team member to support administrative and operational tasks to include but not limited to triaging customer service calls, research, billing, scheduling, preparing reports, and updating website content. This is a remote position and we are open to part-time and full-time work or freelancers.
Responsibilities:
- Create purchase orders (PO’s) and manage them through their life cycle to include investigating, tracking, and notating disputes
- Answer inbound calls, provide customer service, and transfer to appropriate internal teams
- Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables by following up on outstanding items and acting as a liaison for our CEO and COO
- Utilize project management software, Jira, to keep projects organized
- Complete research on a variety of topics, analyze information, provide key insights and identify solutions
- Manage inventory of supplies and materials
- Create and manage a variety of spreadsheets and documents
- Complete basic website tasks such as order and coupon creation, content edits, product updates, and other WordPress tasks
- Provide ongoing feedback to further improve existing processes, procedures, and technologies

Responsibilities:
- Managing ongoing upgrades, improvements, and maintenance to Zendesk in addition to creating related training for team
- Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience by leveraging data-driven decision-making
- Analyze data, trends, and operational support metrics to help develop strategic plans
- Manage a small but growing team of customer care agents by providing ongoing feedback, training, and coaching
- Lead the sourcing and implementation of an industry-leading customer care ticketing and support system

We are looking for a Freelance Project Manager as we are scaling and need a team member to drive the implementation of cross-functional and strategic projects within a fast-paced start-up environment. We prefer this person to be Boston-based but are open to remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead key project meetings with project stakeholders to gather requirements, design an appropriate solution and present the complete project plan
- Learn, understand and know products, processes, tools, partners, and customers
