Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize our marketing investment across performance marketing channels
- Develop campaign insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform optimization and future go-to-market strategies and decisions
- Keep a pulse on the latest measurement methodologies to measure efficacy of spend across all marketing channels
- Work with our analytics, ad operations, and data engineering teams to ensure measurement capabilities are in place before campaign execution
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance, ensuring consistency accuracy with relevant insights
- Manage a small creative team in the production of all marketing and advertising assets
- Work closely with CEO to deliver desired brand positioning and advise on campaign strategies and solutions
- Improve vendor management, developing processes, lead selection
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct experience evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness and performance analytics
- Experience working for an agency or marketing department with an understanding of marketing strategy.
- Experience in B2C marketing in a start-up environment
- Prior start-up, small business, or agency experience required
- Ability to quickly identify, address and incorporate emerging trends into strategic development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with no issues rolling up your sleeves to help each other
- Ability to respond to changing needs and shifting priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
