PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
The Store Manager will be The Farmer’s Wife team leader for their location, focused on compliance, customer experience, and workplace culture. This position is ultimately responsible for all daily operations at their dispensary location. The Store Manager will work closely with the Director of Retail to consistently implement pricing, inventory controls, cash management controls, SOPS, community engagement, local marketing efforts, security protocols, and a high level of customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS

Purpose
Native Harvest Dispensaries will be opening and operating stores across the state of Oklahoma and beyond. Our growing business is seeking an energetic manager to fill our newest store manager positions. The Store Manager is responsible for delivering a world class environment and staff available to each and every customer and patient.
Responsibilities
- Encourage your team members to post stories on internal and external social media accounts to drive brand awareness.· You deliver reviews to team members and provide action plans accordingly.·
- You actively seek out new talent, then interview candidates and onboard employees. Stay compliant with all Company and State guidelines.
- Prepare and effectively lead state OMMA inspectors through unannounced inspections.
- Set sales, service, and profit goals and lead staff to exceed them. Utilize the marketing and inventory departments with your ideas to help reach certain sales goals. Don't be afraid to think “outside of the box”.
- Manage employees’ performance by observing performance, providing feedback, and giving recognition. You manage the staffing scheduling and labor for your retail store.· You fulfill job duties of any team member, as needed, to compensate for staffing shortages, break times, higher than normal sales volume, or to support general operations.
- Assist in all employee and patient/customer conflict resolutions immediately and professionally. Immediately, document and report employee conflicts/resolutions to ownership.
- Train staff on a regular basis to ensure the dispensary's excellence in service and labor practices within the community.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure inventory is consistently accurate, up to date, effectively ordered and replenished.
- Work with Accounting to create and follow in-store budgets and forecast sales based on principles of retail business and experience.
- Lead on-the-job trainings to improve skills, productivity, and promotion candidacy.

Summary
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading through SCC's mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth. The GM leads a team of 1 Assistant Manager and 1 Inventory Manager and is accountable for all aspects of managing a single retail store, inclusive of the processing department. This leader drives his/her business through a focus on performance (sales, service, and expense control), people (talent acquisition, training, and development), and process (standard operating procedures). This position requires a passion for process excellence, a drive for results, and the ability to lead and influence.
Essential Functions
The GM is a champion of SCC's mission, vision, and values, and should demonstrate them skillfully and consistently through the following (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned)
Performance
- Meet or exceed goals related to total store sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Forecast and adjust payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales & payroll goals, and complete workload.
- Build a team that embodies the SCC brand by delivering exceptional service and driving customer loyalty, therefore, increasing return visits.
- Review and interpret financial and operational reporting regularly, including store visit and audit results.
- Identify underperforming metrics and develop strategies that leverage company programs, tools, and resources to improve and grow the business.

- Train, coach, and develop direct reports using company programs, tools, and resources.
