The Regional Training and Development Manager builds partnerships within the retail space while training new and existing retail teams on new product launches and continued education of existing products. Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates/Bachelors degree highly preferred. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 1+ years' experience in the cannabis industry
- Retail experience in a leadership capacity preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Able to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations

This new role is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, coordinating, and conducting all training and development programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience with various training methods, learning strategy, and evaluation framework to validate learner understanding, practice, and adoption. The Training and Development Manager would be the subject matter expert for all areas of practice, including but not limited to: Company Procedures, Product, NetSuite, and Design training.
Primary Focus Areas:
- Analyzing training needs and developing a curriculum to support employee development throughout the organization.
- Implementation and management of the performance management system and partnering with the HR team to address any employee relations issues.
- Developing and maintaining educational support materials and other employee learning resources
What You Will Do:
- Deliver training content such as workshops and new employee orientation as well as other learnings in collaboration with operations team(s).
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs while working closely with operations
- Implement various learning modalities company-wide (e.g. Instructor Led, E-Learning, coaching or web based)
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Partner with managers on developing their team members through career pathing

Requirements/Skills:
