JOB SUMMARY
Fell? Cannabis is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical and adult use cannabis greenhouses. The main responsibilities include; completing tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead & or supervisor to monitor and maintain plant production and health; maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product; maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of the production area; carry out day-to-day plant care including trellising, skirting, defoliation, transplanting, moving plants, harvesting plants, daily cleaning tasks as well as monitoring and maintaining plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the standard operating procedures set by Fell? Plant Care:
-Trellising plants in a grid like fashion to support and anchor growth
-Skirting or removing bottom portions of stems and leaves on the plants to direct growth and energy
-Defoliation or removing large fan leaves from the plant to provide adequate light penetration and air circulation

The Lab Agent is responsible for navigating day to day laboratory operations and duties. The main function is to perform extractions of cannabis products. Primary Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute the process of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Summary/Objective
Reporting to the Logistics Manager and the Chief Operating Officer, we are seeking a Laboratory Transport Agent to perform courier services for the laboratory, transporting cannabis samples from our client facilities to the laboratory for regulatory testing. Laboratory Transport Agents must have excellent driving skills and excellent customer service skills and must be able to work as part of a small team while completing collections and completing administrative duties as determined by the Logistics Manager.
Essential Functions
· Represent CDX Analytics to our clients by always completing collection services in a punctual and professional manner.
· Transport cannabis samples from licensed cannabis establishments to the laboratory using our company vehicle.
· Cross-check sample weights at arrival before loading.
· Assist clients with completion of manifests and essential paperwork ensuring compliance with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) requirements.
· Operate company transport vehicle in accordance with company policy and in compliance with Massachusetts state regulations.
· Physically load and unload product from the transport vehicle.
· Perform occasional logistical tasks relating to the operation of the laboratory.
Competencies
· Minimum high-school diploma or equivalent.
· Operate the company vehicle in a safe manner while obeying all traffic laws.
· Competently operate company communication technology and always maintain required regular communication with the dispatch agent.
· Complete required administrative tasks during transport to ensure compliance with CCC requirements.
· Complete all CDX Analytics internal on-boarding and training requirements.
· Previous driving experience is a plus.
· Customer service experience essential.
