Job Title: IPM Technician (Integrated Pest Management)
Job Summary: Fell? Cannabis is seeking a IPM Tech to join our team. The IPM Tech is responsible for all pest and disease management related activities, including spraying and drenching chemicals and pesticides, administering and applying biological control agents, scouting and diagnosis of all facility plants, and assisting general cultivation staff as needed in accordance with the standard operating procedures set by Fell? Cannabis.
Core Job Duties
- Chemical Applications:
- Measuring and mixing of various chemicals, compounds, and agents in a safe and effective manner.
- Spraying chemicals and pesticides as needed and on a pre-determined basis as an ongoing pest management effort.
- Root drenching via drench carts or injectors to control various root dwelling pests and pathogen species.
- Biological Control Agents:
- Receive, inspect, and administer all BCA’s to facility plants on an as needed or predetermined schedule basis.
- Work with Cultivation Supervisors to direct labor resources in administering BCA products and applications.
- Asses and record efficacy and viability of BCA’s on an ongoing basis.
- Scouting:
o Set, monitor, record and replace insect trapping and monitoring devices and equipment.
o Perform detailed crop scouts in all production growing areas for any signs or symptoms of pest and disease damage.
o Capture, inspect, monitor, identify new insects in the garden and work with entomological team in identifying insect species.
- Facility Cleaning
o Daily cleaning and maintenance of areas and equipment as needed including sprayers, carts, equipment, storage and supplies.
o Maintain production areas clear of debris, dirt, dust, and clutter eliminating risks of pest and disease outbreak.
- Data Collection/ Analytics
o Measure and record any chemical and biological plant application in accordance with state and local laws and regulations as well as Fell? policy.
o Enter scouting data regularly in the IPM tracker and report to Director of Cultivation on a regular basis.
o Asses historical and current trends relating to efficacy of product treatments, and insect & spore populations to develop and ever evolving IPM strategy.
- Additional responsibilities:
o Calibration and testing of all IPM equipment for proper and safe function.
o Maintain strict biosecurity measures and prevent unwanted cross contamination wherever possible.
o Inventory of all IPM supplies on an ongoing regular basis and communicate needs to Director of Cultivation.
o Act as a technical resource to Cultivation staff regarding Integrated Pest Management and disease and insect identification.
o Review, modify, and assist in the creation of Standard Work Instruction Processes and Fell? SOP’s.
o Responsible for safety and education of handling of various chemical agents in the facility and communicating precautionary measures to appropriate parties as needed.
o Assist general cultivation staff with labor on an as needed basis.
Required Ideal Experience, Education and Skills
- Two-year degree in horticulture or related field preferred.
- Pesticide application license in the State of Michigan.
- Previous IPM experience preferred.
- Knowledge of general chemical safety guidelines including PPE, respirators.
- Two years of experience in a general crop production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption.

Fell? Cannabis is seeking a Fertigation Technician to join our team. The Fertigation Technician is responsible for administering daily feeds and irrigations to all crops at various stages within the facility to maintain optimal plant health levels. The main responsibilities include; completing tasks assigned by the Director of Cultivation to monitor and maintain plant production and health; maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product; maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of the production areas specifically related to fertigation; carry out day-to-day fertigation operations including, running automated drip irrigation feeds, hand watering (as needed), mixing and handling of various chemicals and fertilizer stock tanks, and data collection in accordance with the standard operating procedures set by Fell? Cannabis.
Schedule: 4- 10 hour shifts weekly
*Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday
Core Job Duties
- Irrigations:
- Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Fell?’s policy
- Mixing, monitoring, and handling of fertilizer stock tanks and acid injection systems.
- Initiating and monitoring automated and manual irrigation events to all crops in various stages of growth.
- Apply various biologicals, supplements, and bio-stimulants on a pre-determined or as needed basis.

o Documentation of all applicable logs, forms, and documents regarding fertigation activities in accordance to Fell?’s policy and regulatory guidelines.
- Additional responsibilities:
o Foliar feed spray applications to various plants in the facility on an as needed or pre-determined basis.
o Calibration and testing of meters and equipment on a regular basis
o Act as a technical resource to Cultivation staff regarding fertigation and crop nutrition.
Required Experience, Education and Skills

Job Summary
FellÅ Cannabis is seeking a Maintenance Technician that is responsible for conducting general site maintenance, cleaning and repairs on facility equipment or property structures. Through the supervision of the Site Maintenance Manager, the maintenance technician will also ensure that heating and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality and be responsible for the upkeep of the landscape and common areas of the facility.
Core Job Duties
· Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocols,
· Complete daily building checklist(s),
· Complete weekly site walk checklist,
· Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations, notify appropriate personnel,
· Support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary,
· Aid in budget development, tool selection and vendor qualifications,
· Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality,
· Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed,
· Undertake activities of pest control and/or manage the pest control vendor,
· Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance,
· Receive and respond to department reports of mechanical or maintenance issues in their areas,

· Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times, and

· Assist in the development and implementation of FellÅ’s brand strategy
· Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
· Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
· Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
· Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a marketing calendar, credentials database, and contact directory

· Assist in developing retail promotions and ensure they are marketed across all menu platforms
· Create product descriptions and facilitate photography for all menu platforms to ensure successful product launches
· Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
· Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, and developing schedules and assignments
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
· At least one to two years of marketing experience; graphic design experience a plus
· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
· Experience with research using data analytics software
· Experience in the cannabis industry ideal
· Comfortable with technology including proficiency with MS programs, emails, cloud-based storage, Weedmaps, Leafly, Dutchie

FellÅ Cannabis is looking for a Staff Accountant to process and analyze accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, inventory, and general ledger transactions. The role requires someone with excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills and must be accurate and detail oriented.
Job Responsibilities
-Following proper procedures and practices; prepare and accurately enter into the Quickbooks Online accounting software batches of invoices/documents for payment, including expensing invoices with distributions. Must also ensure unnecessary taxes are not paid, late fees/interest are not charged, invoices are footed properly and approvals are present prior to paying.
- Accurately maintain, file, and store all accounts payable invoices and backup information in accordance with the corporate retention policy and governmental regulation to be able to access and present information for compliance audits and as needed. Follow the corporate retention schedule and be responsible for archiving and destroying accounts payable and receivable documents as required.
-Maintain deposit logs and the posting of customer payments to the correct invoices. Follow up with customers according to the terms of each when payments are not received in a timely manner. Keep record of worst/best performing customers based on remittance. Pull in and post sales invoices on a weekly basis. Has the ability to use proper money handling procedures, i.e., preparing cash deposits to be transported to the bank according to guidelines.
-Maintain prepaid expense journal entries by entering data into Quickbooks Online to create recurring journal entries for each month end. Also, regularly update a prepaid expense schedule in Excel to ensure prepaid accounts balance properly.
-Posting of bank feed/credit card transactions in Quickbooks Online daily. Must seek out receipts from corporate card holders and review them against the charges. Determine where each transaction gets expensed and that the proper accounts are used. Monitor transactions for any out of the ordinary purchases to determine if fraud has taken place.
-Setup, update and maintain vendor information including contacting vendors to set up new accounts such as utilities as approved, etc. Send letters/make phone calls to request W-9s and enter required information for 1099 reporting. Assist in preparation and accurate filing of 1099’s for year-end reporting by due dates.
- Assist with monthly inventory calculation process. Including but not limited to counting vault product, compiling cultivation and packaging inventories, calculating harvest weights, and calculating unit equivalency across product lines.
- Offers support during audits.
- Ability to run general ledger account reports and reconcile/identify/amend minor discrepancies.
- Maintain a neat, well-organized office with an up-to-date manual for the A/P and A/R positions.
- Assist Controller and Accounting Team with payroll runs
-Perform other duties and special projects as requested by the Chief Financial Officer.

Fertigation Technician is responsible for administering daily feeds and irrigations to all crops at various stages within the facility to maintain optimal plant health levels. The main responsibilities include; completing tasks assigned by the

POSITION: Packaging Agent
REPORTS TO: Package Manager
JOB SUMMARY: FellÅ Cannabis is seeking a Packaging Agent to join our facility. The Packaging Agent is responsible for providing on-site packaging duties for the patients of Michigan. The main responsibilities of the role are to complete tasks assigned by the Packaging Team Lead and to monitor and maintain the tasks of all packaging duties. It’s imperative the Packaging Agent maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product for our consumers.
CORE JOB DUTIES:
- Execute tasks assigned by the Manufacturing Supervisor
- Measure, package, and label products as directed by Manufacturing Supervisor
- Maintain a sanitary work environment
- Safely transport products from work space to storage area
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
- Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale application
