JOB DESCRIPTION: Compliance Specialist
Job Summary:
The Compliance Specialist is responsible to ensure site compliance with national and regional regulatory rules and standards. Provides coaching, training, and functions as a trusted advisor to the site on all regulatory matters. - Item and location creations in METRC. Update the SOP to reflect new items so all sites can reference.
- Grant permissions in METRC for new and current employees based on their job responsibilities.
- Package adjustments-If any packages have a weight greater than 50 grams after packaging, an approval must be granted before any adjustments can be made.
- Administering site level assistance with all employees using METRC.
- Ensure all chemicals are labeled with the proper safety warnings.
- Ensure WPS signs are applied after all rooms are sprayed.
- Maintain 30-hour training with OSHA.
- Make sure all floor plans are up to date.
- Ensure all PPE requirements are met in accordance with Company policy and State regulations.

The Director of Operations is responsible for the startup and oversight of modern cultivation, processing, and dispensary operations. Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inventory management experience in manufacturing or production

JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Manager
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance for the assigned facility which includes repairing and maintaining heating and cooling equipment. This role requires a balance of technical and mechanical skills and knowledge about HVAC systems, components, and generators. The MaintenanceManager is the coordinator and supervisor of the maintenance program and project maintenance personnel. This is a “hands-on” position which requires significant technical knowledge and skills; as well as leading a team of maintenance technicians.
Major duties/responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling of all maintenance and minor project work
- Maintains the buildings and building equipment, which includes HVAC, main electrical systems, air compressors, plumbing, water, security, and fire protection
- Supervises maintenance technicians by setting direction and priorities and manages outside contractors
- Negotiates annual contracts that involve the overall plant operation, such as cleaning services, snow removal and chemical waste disposal
- Ensures budget compliance for all maintenance related items
- Implement and follow regular maintenance schedules for lighting, fire prevention, security, HVAC including humidifier and dehumidifier equipment to keep systems working reliably, but also conduct emergency service as needed
- Maintain neat, well-organized shop with an inventory of common supplies and parts
- Ensure maintenance personnel comply with OSHA safety rules
- Performs other job-related tasks as assigned.

- 5-8 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Strong knowledge/experience managing maintenance through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance
Management System) preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION: Post Harvest Manager
SUMMARY
The Post-Harvest Manager is responsible for maintaining product quality through the drying, trimming, and testing processes. This position will oversee a team of Post-Harvest Agents in properly handling and trimming product as it becomes available. The Post-Harvest Manager will also serve as the primary interface between the facility and external testing labs to ensure all product is tested and upholds the company’s high standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume responsibility for plants immediately following a harvest
- Accurately and consistently maintain the tracking and movement of each harvest batch via the statewide monitoring system (METRC)
- Oversee drying process, monitor environmental variables and moisture content of product
- Ensure the dry rooms are properly sanitized following transfer to trimming
- Record all cleaning activities in the sanitation log
- Lead the product trimming process to ensure that a high level of quality is maintained while focusing on the efficiency and productivity of the trimming team.
- Make sure that all trimming equipment, including tables, handheld trimmers, and other small items, are properly sterilized before and after trimming activity
- Accurately record the weights of all product as it moves through the process in the statewide monitoring system
(METRC)
- Coordinate with Compliance to ensure product is properly batched, sampled and tested
- Maintain a proficient knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi
- Audit product inventory weekly or as necessary
- Oversee and manage disposal of all leftover plant material

Job Summary:
The Cannabis Compliance Specialist will work to manage procedures affecting regulatory requirements such as OSHA, MDARD, and other CRA correspondences.
Major duties/responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the compliance specialist will oversee the below for all Michigan facilities.

About this Role
The role of a General Manager is to guide and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional chapter experience that promotes the Common Citizen movement. Job Summary:
The Compliance Specialist will work to manage procedures affecting regulatory requirements such as OSHA, MDARD, and other CRA correspondences.
Major duties/responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the compliance specialist will oversee the below for all Michigan facilities.
- Maintains relationships with local regulatory contacts associated with the site’s operation, including but not limited to fire services, Marijuana Regulatory Agency (MRA) inspector, etc.
- Become OSHA certified.

- Monthly Biomass.
- Compile monthly spreadsheet for available biomass to go to extraction. Notify both sites when material is ready to ship.
- If there is failed product that will be included in this shipment, request from CRA an approval to move the product to the desired processor.

Skills and Qualifications:

JOB DESCRIPTION: Post Harvest Manager
SUMMARY
The Post-Harvest Manager is responsible for maintaining product quality through the drying, trimming, and testing processes. This position will oversee a team of Post-Harvest Agents in properly handling and trimming product as it becomes available. The Post-Harvest Manager will also serve as the primary interface between the facility and external testing labs to ensure all product is tested and upholds the company’s high standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume responsibility for plants immediately following a harvest
- Accurately and consistently maintain the tracking and movement of each harvest batch via the statewide monitoring system (METRC)
- Oversee drying process, monitor environmental variables and moisture content of product
- Ensure the dry rooms are properly sanitized following transfer to trimming
- Record all cleaning activities in the sanitation log
- Lead the product trimming process to ensure that a high level of quality is maintained while focusing on the efficiency and productivity of the trimming team.
- Make sure that all trimming equipment, including tables, handheld trimmers, and other small items, are properly sterilized before and after trimming activity
- Accurately record the weights of all product as it moves through the process in the statewide monitoring system
(METRC)
- Coordinate with Compliance to ensure product is properly batched, sampled and tested
- Maintain a proficient knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi
- Audit product inventory weekly or as necessary
- Oversee and manage disposal of all leftover plant material

The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, who we like to call Citizen Advisor, is one of utmost importance. SUMMARY
Assist Cultivation Management with all assigned irrigation activities including monitoring and maintaining Rhythm Irrigaiton Skid, nutrient concentration tanks, R.O. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position includes, but is not limited to, assisting the Cultivation Management team and at times managing the following:
- Manage all aspects involved in producing high-quality irrigation practices in a safe and efficient manner.
- Oversee irrigation practices to maintain the SOP’s and Crop steering goals set by management
- Be aware of biosecurity protocols as this position requires movement between cultivation rooms.
- Manage proper pump upkeep and preventative maintenance.

The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, who we like to call Citizen Advisor, is one of utmost importance. As a Citizen Advisor you are the face of the company and need to treat all our guests with great humanity. Advisors are educators first, salespeople second. - Curing: hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input.
- Preparation and packaging of all cannabis products will be needed during peak times; including extraction products.

About this Role

JOB DESCRIPTION: Post Harvest Manager
SUMMARY
The Post-Harvest Manager is responsible for maintaining product quality through the drying, trimming, and testing processes. This position will oversee a team of Post-Harvest Agents in properly handling and trimming product as it becomes available. The Post-Harvest Manager will also serve as the primary interface between the facility and external testing labs to ensure all product is tested and upholds the company’s high standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume responsibility for plants immediately following a harvest
- Accurately and consistently maintain the tracking and movement of each harvest batch via the statewide monitoring system (METRC)
- Oversee drying process, monitor environmental variables and moisture content of product
- Ensure the dry rooms are properly sanitized following transfer to trimming
- Record all cleaning activities in the sanitation log
- Lead the product trimming process to ensure that a high level of quality is maintained while focusing on the efficiency and productivity of the trimming team.
- Make sure that all trimming equipment, including tables, handheld trimmers, and other small items, are properly sterilized before and after trimming activity
- Accurately record the weights of all product as it moves through the process in the statewide monitoring system
(METRC)
- Coordinate with Compliance to ensure product is properly batched, sampled and tested
- Maintain a proficient knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi
- Audit product inventory weekly or as necessary
- Oversee and manage disposal of all leftover plant material
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to manage people and provide day to day supervision
- Ability to gather, track and report on agricultural information obtained during harvest tracking and remediation
- Ability to develop and document SOPs
- Ability to document KPI’s
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office
- OSHA, and FDA knowledge a plus
