About this Role
The role of a General Manager is to guide and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional experience. This involves leading by example , inspiring and admiring your team members; and working with company experts in value streams such as HR, Finance and Regulatory Compliance.
The General Manager is also responsible for leading the LIV Cannabis movement on the local level and creating an efficient and profitable operation of the store.
