Overview of Position

- Preparation and packaging of all cannabis products will be needed during peak times; including extraction products.

Overview of Position
The HR Coordinator/Admin Assistant provides overall administrative support to the Director of Operations.
Scope of Work
- Maintenance of employee data in HRIS systems and onboarding new hires and processing terminations

The Cultivation Team Lead is responsible for the oversight of 4 to 12 employees depending upon the department, the lead will ensure company policies are followed, all employees under are properly trained and performing assigned job functions per company standards.

- Typical daily work tasks required include (but not limited to): pruning, transplanting/moving plants, harvesting, cloning, hand watering, cleaning, IPM tasks, inventory management, etc.
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2, etc.
- Gather EC, pH and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Scouts room for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operate and maintain cultivation systems/equipment
- Clean, sanitize, and setup all grow rooms
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear

- Harvesting: cutting plants; trimming cut plants; removing flowering tops; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system.
- Curing: hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control; labeling; weighing and inventory data input.
- Preparation and packaging of all cannabis products will be needed during peak times; including extraction products.
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment: monitoring, calibrating, running and maintaining lighting, irrigation, climate control and other cultivation systems; stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing areas, cultivation workspaces and tools.
- Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.
- Ability to get along with others and maintain positive attitude
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally and in writing with various audiences, especially with direct supervisors and co-workers
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently throughout a workday with given directives

- Qualifications
Previous manufacturing/laborer experience (previous growth experience preferred)
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered, including internal experience.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Natrabis
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: VERY LABOR INTENSIVE. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds , may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching
Additional Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks per state cannabis regulations
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- 3-5 year's of experience in growing technologies, such as lights, irrigation, soil, nutrients, and more (preferred)
- Ability to execute techniques consistently
- Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills
- Ability to keep to a tight schedule
- Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
