Established Medical Cannabis business is seeking a new Lead Cultivator for a small medical cultivation facility.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience working in a commercial cultivation facility with at least 2 years management experience. They will also have formal education relating to plant cultivation or equivalent experience.
We are a smaller facility being under 6,000 sqft. The chosen candidate will be responsible for all aspects of cultivation from propagation to delivery. The facility is generally operated by a crew of 2-4 people with contract labor being employed during harvest times.
Position requirements include:
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean criminal history.
- Posses a Key Occupational License issued by the Colorado Department of Revenue Marijuana Enforcement Division.
- 2-4 years experience working in a commercial cultivation facility.
- 2 years management experience.
- A bachelor's degree or higher with a focus on botany, biology, cultivation, entomology or similar. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Must possess a Certified Pesticides Applicator certification for the state of Colorado or the ability to get one prior to starting employment.
Position responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the master schedule and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Oversee propagation and see that success rates are in accordance with facility output goals.
- Manage nutrient regiments and monitor feeding schedules and feeding procedures.
- Oversee plant training and defoliating.
- Oversee IPM regiments
- Ensure that facility standards are maintained. Ensure the facility is kept clean and organized.
- Ordering required materials.
- Maintaining a budget.
- Work closely with company compliance team to ensure strict compliance standards are maintained.
- Responsible for achieving set goals in regards to harvest outputs and frequency.
- Oversee cure procedures.
- Arrange testing and ensure testing standards are maintained.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

We are looking for cultivators to work at our outdoor marijuana farms in Odway.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate plants from seed/clone to breakdown
- Fulfilling all duties following all MED, OSHA, Dept of Ag, and Company guidelines and policies
- Be ready to work in all weather to maintain plants, prepare the fields and buildings for planting, and learn our way of cultivating
- Follow all other directions given by the Cultivation Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Possess an MED badge
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work outdoors for 8 – 10 hrs a day in all weather and temperatures
- Must have reliable transportation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills)
- Experience in working outdoors in a physically demanding position (example: Farm hand, landscaping, roofing, etc.)
- Experience in the Marijuana industry, outdoor grow
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- This role requires regular and on-time attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- As an outdoor grow, temperatures can get over 100F and below freezing. Farm work is done in the rain, snow, and heat.

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure that our existing operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules. You will supervise company compliance to support retail, cultivation, marketing and other relevant lines of business involving regulatory compliance. You will insure our compliance training is up to date and provided to all staff. You will also provide advice on compliance to team members. You will conduct regular on sight facility audits based on regulatory requirements; and ensure the monitoring and tracking of various compliance data. You are responsible for the compliance oversight of all employees ensuring that executives, management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies while also ensuring the all team members are working and adhere to all company guidelines. This role ensures that company compliance rules and regulations are being followed, and that we maintain consistent auditing standards at all times. You must understand the complexity of compliance requirements governing our businesses, including the following types of regulatory agencies: Marijuana Enforcement Division, OSHA, Fire Department(s), City Zoning and Planning Department(s), Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and more. You will ensure compliance with all local, State, and Federal regulatory agencies including licenses, permits, and other authorizations related to compliance. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and maintain professional relationships among all departments and various regulatory agencies. You should be familiar with risk management and our industry’s standards. Your goal will be to ensure we operate in a legal and ethical manner while meeting our business objectives.
