Order Selectors pick grocery items from our 760,000 sq. ft. warehouse for our member stores. Operates industrial pallet jack and lifts product by hand. Order Selectors may work in very cold environments, repeatedly lift cases that could weigh as much as 80 lbs, but average 30 lbs, stack product, understand instructions given to you via a headset and work safely with equipment provided. This is a fast-paced environment that requires Order Selectors to be able to move quickly and accurately on a timed production standard. Prior production warehouse experience is preferred!

Overview:
Direct, manage, motivate and provide administrative support to the activities and operations of multiple retail locations. Develop and review standard operating procedures; policies and operational guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction and employee productivity across the region. Create and monitor the completion of training/development and education of retail staff members. Exercise significant authority over inventory management to ensure proper distribution levels and the satisfaction of monthly sales objectives for all company retail locations.
Essential Functions:

- Comprehensive knowledge of strains, genotype, phenotype, chemotype and the relationship to identification of strains as Sativa, Indica and Hybrids.
- Understand the medicinal and recreational implementation and effects of the chemical/molecular profiles produced in the products harvested from cultivation of various strains and the necessity of accurate analytics.
- Implement standard operating procedures, including oversight, management, and success of the growing operation from start (i.e., seed, tissue culture, or clone as appropriate) to the point of handing off plant materials to the extraction department
- Schedules and maintains all plant and plant-related operations from cuttings and clones in the propagation phase, through vegetation, flowering and hand-off to processing, trimming, extraction operations.
- Responsible for the review and selection of supplies and amendments for use in the process, and for supply chain authorizations.
- Accountable for implementing all compliance programs including batch numbering of plants in compliance with documented company policies and procedures.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 5-7+ years as a Head Grower in a Commercial Indoor Operation.
- 5-7+ years commercial agriculture experience.
- Must be a strong leader with an acute business sense.
- Expertise and knowledge with nutrients and soil mediums (hydroponics and/or aeroponics preferred).
- Illinois compliant Integrated Pest Management solutions and ability to identify nutrient deficiencies proactively.
- Up to date and advanced knowledge of the cannabis plant growing techniques, new strains and genetics.

General Summary:
The Extractions Production Specialist position is responsible for the primary day-to-day production duties of a state of the art medical cannabis production laboratory, reporting to the Extractions Team Lead. These duties include extraction, formulation, infusion, data tracking, cleaning, packaging, and labeling. The Production Specialist has responsibility and takes an active role in:
Learning and following proprietary cultivation and production methods
Complying with program regulations as it relates to cultivation operations including proficient use of seed to sale software
Tracking task time and utilizing time management skills
Uphold all standards and procedures pertaining to cultivation facility cleanliness
The successful candidate will have some experience with labwork or manufacturing and working with standard operating procedures. They will also be familiar with spreadsheet software, data tracking, time tracking, and are able to follow clear and concise direction. This position is recommended to someone with an associate’s degree or higher.
